tip for the future, if you end your turn right by the mine (like in 57:40) you can click spacebar and leave all the army except fastest unit in mine to get some more movement next turn for free because your move points are determined by your slowest unit at the beginning of the day. same applies to ending your day in the town, you can leave your army inside and have hero with stack of fastest unit in front of the town.

A question, having watched a few of your videos, you seem to prioritise the resource silo very low. As a new player this confuses me as it seems to be a lot of generated resources left on the table. Could you elaborate on the reasoning why you don't seem to prioritise it?
Hey apan! Hey thanks for the compliment man. I'm not sure the secret it might have to do with spending all my time indoors playing video games. The silo is something I only build if I am critically short on the resource it provides and I have no easier way out of the problem; most random maps will present some better solution for you than building it I find and the counterfactual is that you just buy the resources for terrible prices at the marketplace which is usually a better deal. So it depends how much of the resource you are short and requires a very long view as well as it takes so long to pay you off. There are exceptions especially in the Fortress where you just have to do it to get those mighty gorgons. Another trap I've learned my way out of is the magic university I think a lot of new players go for these expensive side projects too early when city hall / capitol and your second / third heroes are just going to pay you back so much faster. As you go I recommend turning the difficulty up to impossible it's there that you'll discover the preciousness of that $5k :)
Hi there Matheus, most of these quality of life changes come from the HD+ modification to the game. It is third party freeware that you install into your HOMM3 folder on your computer. It is safe to use, the guys who make it are geniuses. Once you have it installed, it is the Ctrl key you use to check enemy moves, and combination of ctrl, alt and shift when linking / splitting stacks. I'm currently playing a Horn of the Abyss (HotA) run, where there are even more QoL tweaks. HotA is made by the same guys, rebalances a lot of the game and you might be interested in that too.
Keep it up mate. Rashka can be very usefull on this kind of map since u dont need a tazar/crag hack. That speed on efferets can be crucial. Calh, Ayden, Pyre, Marius, Octavia are very good native heroes on inferno. Also deamon farming can be good on guards. Inferno is very powerfull, is very expensive. Depending on who u facing tactics and air school magic combined with fire works well for inferno.

I think that in the battels your a little to defensive and yku shkuld invest a little more in bigger armies like in the inferno amd the fortress
