First fish put up a really good fight! Great episode Tony!
Cool to see multiple tactics!
The day before coon shrimp were on fire. The day of the video hovering with eggs killed it. Hover fishing is lot's of fun.
Looks like a great place to jig for them.
I did ask that exact question. On a guide boat jigging (snagging) could get expensive...
@@salmontroutsteelheadermaga5925 do you know if they get a lot of coho up there?
not many.@@lucasholmgrenmusic
Snagging bottom of course and loosing jigs...
Toby's a good doode, friendly guide-
The endless reeling, even when the fish were taking runs did it for me 😭 explain to them how to fight a fish 🤣
At what minute did you see that? We were using lightweight spinning rigs and the reels do sing on their own when the salmon were making runs.
@@salmontroutsteelheadermaga5925 i wasn't trying to bash anyone, it's just funny because it adds unnecessary ware on the reel
Sometimes when I have clients that have no or little experience fighting big fish I just tell them to keep reeling (I set the drag accordingly) it helps land fish with rookies in the boat
I just subscribed to your channel thanks for telling us what you are using and how deep you are going
I thought instinct told the fish where to go.
