Sending my thanks from Taiwan! I got my 2020 Harley 883 last November and have learned a lot from watching your videos. Thank you for sharing. Very helpful.
Bought my first bike yesterday. 2020 Harley Iron 883, been watching all of your videos and love your content. Still learning on my back streets but love your work and you seem like a very cool and humble guy. Please keep it all up 👍
Man this project is coming along! I'm excited to see how you go about chopping the rear fender. I've been debating on it myself but cutting the frame gets me nervous. Great content brother!
Hey man loving the videos you’re producing. Super laid back and no unnecessary faff. What gloves are you wearing on the ride, love the look of them and I need something leather for these coolers months I got in the UK.
I do, but they are perforated for ventilation which is good for warmer weather here in Florida, in really cold weather your hands will probably get cold.
I got them installed at HD dealer and they set it on the last preload. I can’t find a chart anywhere regarding the weight and preload settings. If anybody knows please lmk
Just got a sportster and was looking in to these or the progressive 11inch 412 since the progressive has more spring travel. Do highly recommend the burley slammers plus shocks? How are they on big bumps and highway speeds? Does it scrape?
@@GETWRENCHD ha,my stock shocks do that.the exact ones u took off the bike.my question is,did the rear tire ever rub under the fender with those shocks ? debating on these shocks over the regular slammers.it the tire doesnt rub the fender ,i am sold.lmk thx
Man I’m still torn if I should get a 2017 883. That already has a stage one set up and most cosmetics done or just bite the bullet and get a 2020 1200 iron. Pros buying new most the work is done and have a saving can always 1200 kit it later. Or buy new have that power, and a clean canvas to make more my own but have more damage to my wallet. 😓

I love how easy shocks are to install on sportster and Dyna. They look great man!!!
Thanks! 👍

Thx, they are the Rev’it Fly 3 gloves
@@GETWRENCHD nice one, you recommend them?
I do, but they are perforated for ventilation which is good for warmer weather here in Florida, in really cold weather your hands will probably get cold.
@@GETWRENCHD yeah I getcha I’m sure in FL they would be great maybe not so much the UK over winter. Slight temperature difference
Just subbed from ChopperFett comments. Look forward to your content mate.
Awesome, thank you!
Nice Job !!!!! Clean looking Iron
Bike is looking good. I think over the winter a suspension upgrade is in order for the StreetGlide
Great video of the install. Considering a suspension upgrade for my sporty.
I think you got a much better shock in the burly as well.
Which bike jack/lift was used in this video for the install?
Hey man great channel! Quick question… are these suspension adjustable? Can you go more lower? Great content!
Did you get any issues with the tyre to fender clearance ?
Another great video buddy!! Keep it up! How can someone get some of your stickers?
DM me on instagram and I can get you one!
Burley Slammer Plus may be the worst thing I put on my street glide. Yes it lowered it like I needed but ouch it hurts.
How much did your max lean angles change?

Great video 👍👍
Thanks 👍
Hi, are the burley plus shocks 10.5 inch like regular slammers? Thanks

Haven’t scraped yet, little rough over bumps. Not much travel so they can bottom out if you hit something too hard

What seat is that?

I personally think the 883 route is the better option, the base 1275 kit is pretty cheap and fairly simple if you want more power eventually!
Where did you get your seat & the license plate mount?
TC Bros for the license plate mount, can't remember where I got the seat. Probably Revzilla or JPCycles
Those gas prices tho... a buck 98?? A year ago....?
