I have the same scooter, and I'm looking to install an aftermarket exhaust for fun. If the exhaust ups the airflow would I need to remap the EFI system? Just realising now that it might be a tough project.
No. I never got one (probably should have). For a 150cc, a motorcycle/scooter a license is required in IL, but since the Laquan/george floyd backlashes, and cops-are-afraid-of-being-jailed-for-doing-their-job culture, Chicago and Mke police just aren't pulling people over as frequently as they used to... Also, this particular scooter is a rarity: baby blue color, cute round body, handsome overall appearance...it just doesn't _look_ much larger than a 50cc Zuma...

I never modified my ride, so idk, sorry. What year is yours?

I was looking into a used one (2012) with about 2,400 miles on it. Should I consider it? How many miles would you buy a used one for?
2,400 miles is not a lot. If it's a 2012 then ask the country of manufacture. If it's made in Ch!na then I wouldn't buy it unless it's cheap!
you dont have youre motorcycle license ?
