you sir made my day! im rebuilding a 1986 International S1900 four door truck i ripped out the Stock Rear end and suspension and slammed in a 05 KW AG380 almost got everything together and i got stumped on the air bags and the leveling valve!
Fantastic real person information. Does the line in come from the air pressure tank ? And should the air pressure tank line fitting quick disconnect be changed, too ? How much air pressure do you lose after a week sitting parked ?
Thank you. Hey , for some reason, my old one was leaking air at the exhaust valve. ( When it reached the desired height, it will leak air. It will raise and drop. But once it gets to the level, it will leak air.) So that's why I changed the valve. But it does the same thing with the new one. Any help will be appreciated. Thank you.
Daniel OMalley Hello. I am happy to report that I got it fixed. I swapped it out with a new one. An automan brand. I just swapped the fittings to the new one. And raised the arm manual till it got some air. Then put it in normal position. So once it stopped leaking air. I just transferred everything. Giving my truck a 9 inch riding level. Thank you for all your help. God Bless. But who would have known. 2 brand new were defective!!
8 years later still a useful video!
nice to know that there is still normal working and thinking people out there Thanks

keep making these helpful videos I'd greatly appreciate them
Thanks 👍 well made video, speaking as a layman!
I have a freightliner Coronado and I can't seem to get anybody that knows how to adjust it, your video was helpful but it still I don't understand
Thank you. I'm doing this job this weekend. Your video explained it perfectly. I really appreciate your help.
Thanks a lot and AG400 is also 8.5inch height
Park the truck on level surface and make sure air is full in tanks or atleast 100psi
Wow! A positive remark!!! Thank You
Good info. Thanks from a layman
THANK YOU SIR. I LOVE SIMPLE.
My leveler keeps flipping under any advice ?
Fucking awesome, thanks brother. I got an ag400 on my t600. I read that it’s the same measurement as yours.
Thanks a bunch truck riding very nice now.
Appreciate the simple way
When it malfunction will it cause vibration noise while you driving and make it feel like your airbag bag are deflated when their not
When the ride height is off, so is the center of gravity on the drive line. Yes it will cause a vibration.
Can you tell me the part number for the leveling valve
Are those the same measurements for a 379 peterbuilt low leaf suspension

Thank you very much.
Ag 380 axle spacing is 52" and ag 400 is 52" and 54" with 9" ride height
My w9 is pulling g to right
10.5” ride height. 9” would shake like hell
thank you so much
Thank you.

Sounds like the rod isn’t adjusted properly.

So obviously trucks vary in ride height. Where did you find the spec that says it should be at 8.5?
You’re manufacturer can tell you as long as everything is OEM
Thanks, good job
Daniel Anderson thank you. I always appreciate positive feedback
That really was pretty simple to get
Can you supervise everyone else before they fuck up a video?
It'd make finding information much easier
Supposed to do the video while you change it...not afterwards. Lol
