So I tried to pick it after watching your video, because I was having a lot of trouble with it. Instead I was able to exploit its weakness. If you pick the number one pin hard enough and it's sticking out of the cabinet, the pin driver locking plate will bend. I pulled mine out with a pair of pliers, blew into the lock cylinder with my lips and all the pins fell inside the cabinet. Now I have all the illusions of the lock, with the ease of opening it with anything.
Really cool little my friend, I use TH-cam to store all my videos. I you upload as normally but set it as private, you can store as many video’s as you want, then when you are ready to show the video just made it public or schedule it. 👍 Have a great week. 👍😎👍
I do have a few videos stored like that. I just always get errors when I try to do more than one so it goes a little slow. I should figure out how to schedule an upload. I did not know you could do that. I wondered how some people seem to always have a video at 6am so consistently lol

So I picked the lock. Took me 30 minutes. But the drawers don’t open. There are tabs to push in on the door handles which work but still won’t open. Any suggestions?
I have a filing cabinet that didn't come with a key. It's a Chicago lock. But I can't get it to pick open. I'm almost thinking of just drilling it open
If you keep trying to pick it I would recommend some pretty heavy tension and just rocking it with a rake. Just make sure you keep the tension on while you pull it out so it doesn’t lock back up. It’s no biggie if you have to drill it open, it just means no free lock 🤣.

Most Cabinet locks can be bypassed with a knife tool. Not as fun as picking, but when you need to do the job quickly, bypass is the way to go.
Good to know. I need to find more cabinet locks like this. They are pretty fun.
