Watching their time in the pods, I think that Jarrett was initially overwhelmed by Iyanna's realness; she had such a tough start in her life, was much more vulnerable, and had more honest conversations about herself in the pods because she was trying to forge an authentic connection, while Mallory was more fun, easy, and flirty, so it looked like less work for him from the outset. Those of us with long term marriages/relationships and the third party perspective could see that Iyanna was a better fit as a life partner and I'm glad it didn't take Jarrett too long to see what a treasure Iyanna is, she's the complete package and SO easy to love. I hope they never give up on each other because I can see this one working as long as they stay true.
