- Love Is Blind's Jimmy Presnell chats with ET about why he didn't choose Jessica Vestal after the season 6 reunion. Jimmy got engaged to Chelsea, but after many bumps in the road, he ultimately decided not to head to the altar and get married. Season 6 of 'Love Is Blind' is now available to stream, and the reunion special airs March 13 at 9 p.m. ET on Netflix.
The child was the reason, and there’s nothing wrong with that. Some people are just not into being a stepdad and it’s better they walk away then be a bad father figure to a child.
i honestly dont get jessica bringing a stranger into her child’s life AND giving this stranger a say in her parenting

The fact Chelsea is being so cool,) and humble about it and having a good laugh, not being stuck up and seeing the best of something that obviously hurt her, makes me like her a lot more.
Jimmy didn't pick cus she had kid he wasn't ready to be step dad.

Its because she has a child. He wasnt ready but it sounds bad to say it out loud. Also, hes conflict avoidant and cant handle being with a blunt person.
It’s got nothing to do with the kid. He reacted the same way when Chelsea told him she had been married before. The guy is a fake nice guy. He’s actually super catty and unkind. He stoked Chelsea’s insecurities then pretended he had no idea why she was struggling. He pretended to be on good terms with Jess then backstabbed her as soon as he got a chance. Dude is a viper in sheep’s clotting

@@nicoleb81those are huge revelations. They both held those back for a while. He owed them nothing and honestly He handed it gracefully. Most dudes would have been out after that.
@@fab9223 you know what’s another huge revelation? Revealing to your fiancée that you screwed the friend you’re going to go drink and hang out with. Most dudes and most women would not be okay with that.
Also, I never said being married or having kids isn’t a huge deal. It is. And we all have the right to our preferences. You missed the point I was making- it’s not about Chelsea’s being married before or Jess having a child. If she had told him she was a ginger he probably would’ve reacted the same way. Jimmy intentionally withholds approval because a lot of women are insecure and will do anything to get the validation they need and he knows that. It’s manipulative and sneaky.

he didn't choose Jessica because he thought he got Megan Fox. I think it was necessary for Chelsea to hint that she looks like Megan Fox...it defeats the purpose.
It was definitely necessary bc she said herself that “guys are usually mean to her” she used that to one up the competition & she looks nothing like Megan Fox, in fact JESSICA LOOKS LIKE HER TBH 😂

Uhm, having a 10 year old kid & asking someone you’ve only known for less than 2 weeks to marry you & then immediately become a step dad is pure insanity for both the man & the kid.

Chelsea, Jimmy, & Trevor all took this with grace. The only one that flipped her shit & went full mean girl was Jessica.

He’s one of those people that pretend to be nice but once you get to know them you realize how cruel they are. He owes Chelsea and Jess an apology. And Jeremy too. Jeremy is always joking, I doubt he was even trying to hurt Jimmy but Jimmy is eager to be a victim.

IMO, Chelsea kind of looks like Khloe Kardashian. They look like they could be sisters or cousins.
Now for him to even mention that she( Chelsea) lied about her looks only shows he only chose her for the facts she said she resembled Megan Fox. He liked Jessica, a lot. It wasn't about her having a child because she gave him an out after he found out. And they kept making dates, I honestly think it was because she never mentioned looks. Chelsea knew she was losing him and felt the need to mention her looks.. she looks nothing like Megan Fox.
Reality love show cast very quickly jump into “You are the love of my life” with few weeks to month of meeting. Plus, all broken people always refer to therapy as an excuse for their behavior. Some people are just an a$$ and no amount of therapy can fix that. Maybe decade(s) of growth might fix that.

Why are people so shallow, there was nothing wrong with Chelsea. Both Jessica and Chelsea were good people. The guy though, he was an ass. He was not ready for any relationship.

Yes. It seems unpopular, but her saying he'd need an EpiPen once he saw her was so arrogant. Now she's going on another reality dating show. Yes, she's beautiful, but she's very arrogant and not a nice person. I can't imagine she's leaving her daughter to do this again.

This show is not for single parents. Single parents should not date until the child is at least 18 and even then they should date other single parents !! These dating shows should be for the real single people !!
