Thanks, consider to add a 4th sissy with low anckle band. Walk away until tight. Have a lower bench or stool 2 feet away to get your knees to. Do 5 each, lift the heel feel the good resistance of the band. Now lift both heels and use youre knnes to drive towards the support, use youre buttocs to ressist. Arms can be slightly in front or back but keep the chin tucked anhyhow. 2 sec onto the support use the butt or back side to drive up. Enjoy!

Brandon! Thank you so much for your informative video! It took me a while to figure out how to do them as I no longer go to the gym. It's nice to know I was in the ballpark in a couple of your techniques. The Sissy Squat is something new to me. As always, excellent video! KEEP ON ROCKING! PS: Did legs today!

Is there any big difference between this exercise [time 3.47] and another video of "Banded Squats - Do Heavy Squats With Bands 2022" [time 2.50]

Yes! The "hack squat" variation in this video is going to put more focus in your quads. The fact that your back is supported is also going to reduce the amount of work your back and core are doing to execute the rep.
