So for some reason when I have this mic plugged in, I can't do facecam and capture card footage at the same time on obs, when I unplug it they appear fine but when they're both on Ngenuity wont pick up the mic, I have to turn facecam or my capture card off for the mic to register and I dont know why (using my built in camera in the laptop by the way)

Out of the box is it set to Cardioid by default? The features in the software look useless to me so I don't want to install it just to set it to Cardioid.

I found a solution, i switched the USB entrance in two different ports and worked, idk If is USB 3.0 incompatibilitie whatever. 👍
