Instead of completing the stun and doing a delayed jab, delayed hook and delayed hook, you complete the stun and do a delayed jab, delayed jab and immediate hook. It also helps if you can cancel his fake uppercuts.

It’s probably the unlockable modifier called “champion’s mode” where you get knocked down in one hit.
The last one in his final rage combo does, but other than that it’s due to champions mode.
