Thank you for sharing this!! I am currently working as a clinical research associate and it’s nice to see the activities that research coordinators do at the site. ✨✨✨

I really appreciate your video, I am wondering how I can progress in the world of Clinical Research and this has given me an idea of what else there is to do! Thank you!

Thank you for sharing. This video kind of felt like reminiscing as you prepare to move on to your next phase in life. Do you think you’ll miss anyone or anything about the job once it’s over, or will the transition be easier since it was a research job rather than clinical practice?
Btw an off-topic Q, I was wondering if you have been watching Apple’s TV adaptation of Pachinko, because you were the one that introduced me to the book it made me think of you. It’s meant a lot to me esp being Korean American and having spent some of my childhood in Japan too.
Anyways thank you again for your video and take care 🌷

You're right, although I filmed these clips a few months ago while editing I did feel a bit sentimental! I think I will miss the participants I worked with and my colleague here in Seattle. We struggled a lot being the remote site, and I couldn't have gotten this far in the job without her support ☺️ Oh I have to watch Pachinko! I heard such wonderful things about the show. I don't have Apple TV so I may just get a free trial just to watch the movie (if there is a free trial?). And thank you for thinking of me ^^ I'm so happy to hear that its a story that you can resonate with so strongly. I was born in Korea and moved straight to the US so could never imagine what life was and is like for Koreans in Japan .. it was both eye-opening and heart-wrenching to be able to have a glimpse into that reality!
Hope you take care as well 💜

Hi there! I've definitely felt that here and there, it definitely is not easy working remote and alone all day, all week in a windowless office 🥲

Can you give me a salary range? I’m interested but want to be realistic as far as being able to live off it

Hi there! 10 years in research and worked as a CRC for a few of those years. It depends on location and organization. Mine was between 50K-75k and I worked for a few hospitals, one non profit, and a CRO.

Yea, the salary range depends on many factors like where you live and what experience you have but I am currently applying for clinical coordinator assistant positions with a BS in Biology and will be asking about $40-50K since coordinators usually make about 50-80
Aaaaand if you want to get further education then you could go into becoming a clinical biostatistician which will require a masters degree and can range from 80-100k a year
