Yanmar 3GM30 Raw Waterpump replacement parts and rebuild pictures

Seal and Bearing replacement with part numbers.

I am Only showing the interior parts, i.e. shaft, bearings, clips and seal. I could not find clips on youtube that covered these items. Hope this helps someone, And thanks to all who have posted clips for rebuild of similar Yanmar pumps. I could not cover the actual work so ask any question you may have.
Important point to NOTE!!! that the big Nut holding big bearing on the shaft (on the pulley side) has reverse thread, so to undo turn spanner clockwise, this can be done after shaft has come out with bearings on it.

If only you had captured how you disassembled the pump that would have been much more useful… How did you pull the impeller?
