  • Perched above the Strait of Georgia, Gibsons is a quaint seaside town full of artists and entrepreneurs. Come visit the new Public Market, a socially-minded brewery, and a grocer dedicated to local food supplies.

This makes me so very happy - growing up in Gibsons as a kid, being able to see this having lived abroad for 15+ years is incredible. Beautiful!

My husband & I were married in Gibsons in 2007, I was 17 he was 22 @ Calvary Baptist Church, then had our wedding Rep. at the club. So beautiful. Hubby's family is well known in this community. Mike and Karen Scott. This Place is so special to us. at the time of our wedding we had a 10 month old son and went on to have 3 more children. Now our children are all ages 15,14,13, & 11!! We are coming up on our 15th wedding Anniversary.
One day we would love to live here and have our family back here, back around our family would be such a blessing. Gibsons has and is such a wonderful area and everyone is just so nice. but it's just way to much $. so we are stuck visiting and living in Alberta.

    Why I hate Gibson’s: tourists.

I mean, Gibson's wouldn't be half the town it is without the revenue generated from Tourists, but ok, you keep it all to yourself.
