No. Considering how much lgbt people suffer, from people with mentalities like yours, and overly hateful people as well, them owning their sexuality and being very open and vocal, and pushing for a movement, is not showing off, but being on par with hetero people, who show off way more than any lgbt person ever does. Straight people put themselves in every movie, tv show, hold hands in public, use heteronormative language, assume that their chidlren are straight, an yet when straights do that, it's not 'showing off' but when lgbt people get a fraction of attention and do a fraction of the things that heteros do, it's considered showing off. Considering how underepresented lgbt people have been throughout history, and the social difficulties still being faced today because of people like you who refuse to understand that these historic injustices can be fixed only with lgbt people being vocal and open, even waving lgbt flags 24/7 isn't going to be considered showing off, as the social context there is too different and most ociologists and psychologists agree.
Plus sadhguru is an unproven clown, who recycles known self help/spiritual knowledge and uses it to pedal his opiniosn while seeming peaceful and zen.

I don’t care what people do in their own lives as long as they don’t try to force me to accept or participate in their ideology, that goes for the sexual or religious ideology and that especially goes for keeping sexual ideology that I don’t agree with away from my children, I’ll support my child’s decision when I think they are ready not when a stranger does.
No one is shoving anything down anyone. You yourself don’t know the biology of your own body and instead of opening a science book to figure it out, you simply attribute everything to the workings of God. Yet, that very same God created everyone including blacks, whites, browns, religions, Lgbt, non-lgbt. To deny others their basic human right because your “religious” book said so is simply an illogical argument and goes against the very God who created everyone equally without any prejudice. Humanity is more important than morality and this even sadhguru mentioned himself.

Homosexuality is a biologic fact, not an ideology. Nothing to agree or not to agree with. 5-10 % of population are homosexual and that is simply a normal figure. Of course it is always a question for parents, at which age they talk with their children about things like sexual identity, though by society they will be always exposed at a very early age with the common concept of heterosexuality without even reflecting that this is a concept that does not include the 5-10 %. But latest as adolescents unevitably will start to reflect their identity.

Sadhguru dodges the question about lgbtq activism, because although people in some countries are flaunting their sexuality, many people are also being vocal to fight for equal rights for lgbtq people. No, I don´t think that LGBTQ-Sex has more pleasure to offer. Sex (and erotic and emotional attraction!) has a lot of functions: It helps to create intimate emotional bonds between lovers and many couples transfer their sexual attraction later into a strong partnership where taking care of each other dominates.

He simply avoids an answer about the LGBT-question. No, LGBt-people will not pursue their sexuality in a healthy way, when they do not know it to be a normal thing in society. Of course, they will somehow and often awkwardly find people and have sex with them in secret places, but as soon as they want to live something what we would call a "healthy relationship" where love and sex are combined and integrated into a social system, they need to be more open about it - at least in their families - and they have to get to know that people like them exist in every society. Sadhguru neglects the fact, that heterosexual behavior is - of course - always "promoted", because the majority of stories, fairy tales, myths and stereotypes are always used as a model. Nothing wrong with this. But admitting and showing, that this is not the whole truth and that other stories than the "normal" ore "average" ones exists, has nothing to do with promoting or advertising. It is just a matter of complex truth.

Sexuality is not a question of identity, alright, but it has consequences for your life, because their is a point where you have to take decisions: Shall I have sex now? Shall I declare to a person that I love him / her? Shall I marry? And if yes, which person and of which sex? How do I deal with the idea of having children? Shall I speak to a trustful person about these questions? Spiritual leaders are dealing with much lesser issues, so they should find answers, which are more satisfying than stating that it is no big deal. It is an issue.
You say , sexuality is just a consequence. Of what? Of your genes. But to deal with the consequences of what your genes suggest you to do is different in every country and spiritual community. In some communities you will be expelled from society, in others, you will be officially blessed and family and friends will support you if you express the consequences of your sexuality in a decent and responsible way, for example by forming trustful social bonds with the person you love and live with.
