Yogi, Jagadish Vasudev, known as ‘Sadhguru’ has a following of millions and is the spiritualist to the stars, with fans ranging from Will Smith to Mike Tyson. Unable to nama-stay in one place, he’s also embarking on a 100-day journey from London to India on his motorbike, to raise awareness about saving our soil. Sadhguru joins us in the studio to explain more.

I think you missed the message in simple terms he is saying the gift of being human is to be conscious animals are instinctive by nature run by their compulsions many people are living their lives like animals they are reacting to life instead of actively participating and that is what they suffer
