  • Day 1 of my new programme a full body workout from the keys to progress a collection of articles from the Strength and health magazines.
    This is based around the 20 rep squat but ramps up additional volume with belt squats and a collection of other exercises.
    As I want to develop the Zercher squat to new levels, build on belt squats and hit the chest from a different angle and do more dedicated back and arm work I think this will be a good one to run. Initial thoughts were that the workout length is lengthy, and the 20 rep squats will certainly get tough but have some ideas for next time to combat this.
    Keep training at 45!
