Thanks Scott, yes I think the zerchers are a good exercise and not aggravating my back. I'm looking into options to have some sort of harness to take the strain from the arms so I can get more weight.
Thanks Rob I need to catch up on some of yours. Been quite busy recently with my music headlining 2 large festivals so the preparation for that's eaten into my spare time. Met with a colleague that has a business that specialises in resistance bands so hoping to cover them on the channel soon.

Keys to progress is a great book. You'll make some gains following some of those workouts 💪🏻
