Louise is a gem and very consistent.
I would've gave a 10 for her musicality, rhythm, clean footwork, lovely frame. The list is endless.
Just watched ITT and heard that Kevin has adopted a rescue dog from Bosnia he has named Betty , -new found respect for Kevin. Good on you lad !!!!!!!

Absolutely flawless. I was sure that I saw a fault when she performed this but watching it back I couldn't find it.

I was a bit worried she wasn't going to manage it up on to the Judge's desk! The traditionalist in me would have liked to see more in hold.She's uber consistent and clearly extremely talented to make it look as easy as she does. She's never been in the dance-off either and if Danny doesn't win it, it will probably be her who does.Alone of the five left, she keeps her emotions well in check.She seems very grounded.I always feel with her though that there's more that could come out.
I like the cowboy stylisation of this dance. The music is a little slow for QS and I would like a bit more in ballroom hold. Otherwise, exquisitely danced. 9!
Agreed. In the old days, Len would have torn Kevin apart for breaking hold in the Quickstep, to say nothing of putting that much "faffing about" in the hold break. It was a nice dance (which sounds like damning with faint praise, I know), but not particularly impressive to me.

Disagree all you like, but I find it insulting that Danny's flawless quickstep way back there in week 4 was denied of a 10 and this got one. And Louise is my favourite celebrity this year.

I agree, Danny and Oti's quickstep was my favourite dance this season and I honestly couldn't think of a way he could've improved. Definitely deserved at least one 10, to me

Technically very good - however for me I feel like Louise just lacks that extra sparkle that would make me want to vote for her.

I love the programme but I still don,t understand how the comments from the judges can be flawless and then the marks are less than 10. How do the dancers know where they might have dropped points. A good programme though, it,s just............
She just comes across as slightly embarrassed by everything she does. I've been hoping for her to find her confidence and deliver what we all know she can (she's incredibly talented after all) - but she just seems ever so slightly shy of everything she does, there is evident hesitation. She just needs to let everything go....
Yep, slightly inhibited... there always appears to be that element when she hits the floor ? personality ? nerves. Entertaining routine though , one of the best tonight i thought. (musicals night always tend to leave me feeling underwhlemed)

She was amazing deserved 40 so so amazing she got better comments then Danny Danny's was a bit boring this was so much better don't understand Louise to win!!
Under marked, Lens score I understand but the others didn't point out improvements or say anything other than praise so should've been tens

They would have done so much better picking a different song. She's really not a Calam' at all. And technically she's always very good but shes just so lacking in presence.

I'm aware of that, I know the pros often don;t get a choice. My point is that I can't believe anyone looked at Louise and thought "oh yeah, Calamity Jane"
I do agree with you as sometimes the song doesn't match the style of dancing and it seems really difficult for the pros to choreography

mo KAY, it's a dancing competition. Louise is not boring anybody who doesn't self promote themselves is considered 'boring' these days. She is trying to win a dance competition not the best personality in the world competition.

Sandra Poku actually dance and personality go hand in hand with Strictly. If it was just a dance competition Ed Balls would've left ages ago! Audiences look for great character in a celebrity and for me Louise's personality hasn't really shone through. You're not going to be popular with the audience if you don't connect with them and for me she isn't connecting at all.
