    Great video Coach. Our toughest battels are with our minds. For me personally it took months to come to the point that I felt ready to start to make health changes and sign up for your training service.

    Thanks Scott, the old dog new trick analogy is right on. The ability to make changes now versus when I was younger is definitely different.

    I need to a eat for bulking but I don't like meat on daily basis.
