- Hey Guys hope you enjoy todays video so today we remove headliner on the q50 and put star ceiling lights
Remove Headliner 2:00 mins - 19:05 mins
Star ceiling 19:10 mins - 30:32 mins
to reinstall headliner just do reverse on the video

Yo bro I have wires that are taped together on the pillars , did you disconnect all the wires or did you take the tape off. And would it cause any lights or error codes
i left the front pillars alone didnt remove it it did have some tape. but didnt touch it tho

Does the headliner feel with like tiny holes? Or the same as OEM
u feel the fiber optic a lil not that much

yes i did use wire speaker or wires that you can get at autozone
Thanks I’m having trouble only in the back now where that cord and box you said (18:40) in the side panel on back drivers side..can’t seem to get that corner panel off do I just pull hard or is there clips ? I don’t want to break anything by pulling too hard.

yeah im happy with the tan headliner... and yes i would go black looks sexier but the other trim would be tan doe... i ratter buy the 2021 q50 headliner and trims that come already black....
@@teamillusion9839 I went with the tan. Maybe I should have went black again, but the wrapping of the headliner can be a bit difficult around the sunroof. If you have ig. I did 860pcs. Thank you for the inspiration.

I have a question man, the projector is making contact with those nuts on top of suspension and its causing sparks. I think I actually fried the projector

Only good video I can find of headliner removal. Mine makes some annoying af rattling over bumps in the back area, I want to fix. One or more of the clips are probably broken huh? Anyway, good video

What silicone did you use? Everyone does hot glue and i wanted to go another route. Did silicone work good?
hot glue i don’t recommend bc ik i use it but changed it to silicone dm at team__illusion ill send you the pic

not sure but its 1/16 drill bit if not smaller than that but i started using pin 📌

Ok, the installation for the star headliner for your car will be 1700. We will need the car for 2 to 3 hours so we can take apart headliner and you can take your car. Job takes about 5 days to complete, will be installing the 450 kit , we will have to wrap complete headliner in black suede and install the lights. When we are done you can come back so we can install back headliner and wire up all the electronics, will take 3 to 4 hours.
