Haha thanks for the comment Jess! Had my share of hummus over the years - overrated and am tired of it already. There is a lot to appreciate about Mediterranean food - some of my favorites are Moutabal which is an eggplant and tahini - sesame paste dip, and Lamb Kebab if done right its way better than beef or chicken kebab and probably the easiest lamb dish to try for a first timer, less gamey than Lamb Chops or Lamb Shank!
