Damn, I opened the video thinking it would be an impossible strange looking combo, with an impossible hand to draw for doing the lock, and its just a one card ash combo...... This format sucks + common L konami for makin us wait another 2 months for dropping the banlist.
This combo won’t see play in snake eye

I've been running this combo for a few days now. Even if you draw one of the bricks, end board is still ez clap
Technically you could play a generic discard link like barricadeborg to get angel of blue tears/gimmick puppet out of your hand, and you would probably replace I:p with it in the combo, then you would have no bricks
people aint going to play it because the deck already does crazier bullshit and through a billion handtraps, they literally don't need to puppet lock you to win the game.

You used twice the effect of the dragon flamberge and it can only be activated once per turn and only that turn.
On DuelingBook solo mode you can't switch to your opponents turn. So I said in chat on opponents turn. Watch the video back and pay attention to the Chat.

I am going to be completly hornest. This is the most fair and balanced deck there is exept mayby tenpai. I am not even sarcastic. Every outher "non tier 0 deck" is just an ftk. Drawing no handtraps agains voiceless, puppets or tear is just a loss but if you have nothing agains snake eye you still have an interactive game. Also fiendsmith is a good thing because it makes every deck viable.
The Snake-Eyes endboard might as well be a FTK with how much it has.

Even snake eyes itself struggle to break it's own board.
It doesn't even have the rare quality that tear format had by needing skill and having entertaining mirror match.
Calling this a balanced deck but other ftks is kind of a joke, even in a game where the snake eyes player doesn't kill turn 3, does it matter? You already mosty used all ur ressources turn 2 and you won't break SE board turn 4 either so.....
@@fracazer Handtraps are the most interactive game part of yugioh because you dont play solitair but instead a game agains your opponent. Snakee eyes also does not end on 20 negates or floodgates. Amd it actually needs skill to play snake eyes out because you need to use your extenders right. Tear on the outher hand is an unfun deck to watch and to play agains. It is completly luck based with no skill involved. Playing agains tear with any outher deck was just impossible and not fun at all. (Exept if you had shifter in which case you won on the spot). And the mirror is the worsr bullshit i ever saw. The player who makes dweller first just wins. Sitting on a one sided floodgate is not entertaining to watch. Also this format is the format where everyone gets allot more resojrces thanks the fiendsmith.
And handtraps are not luck reliant?

Draw only handtraps and pass or draw no handtraps and lose
Calling handtraps **the most** interactive part of yugioh is just fundamentally wrong especially when there is the process of breaking a board, trying to dodge an interruption or whatever.
Now I'm not arguing that tear was a good format or that handtraps should be all removed. None of these 2 are close to true.
But calling the format good bc it's interactive and calling a deck that is fundamentally so unfair that itself struggle to play against itself and most of the time devolve in "who drew the winning handtrap" fair is not something I can really agree with.
Also giving more ressources to everyone by making everyone play the same engine? Let alone the fact if this true or not I don't see how that can be good.
It's basically forcing everyone to play the same 20 cards in a deck which was already part of ygo problem with HTs and over generic cards

There are many cringe win cons you can summon off sanctifier, it's ripe for abuse.
There are a thousand puppetlike cards, ban 1 another comes around

@sho9585 Sanctifire can facilitate other degenerate strategies, and other degenerate cards can Puppet Lock. That just means both Sanctifire and Nightmare need to get hit. And also Beatrice because she always seems to be part of something degenerate.
In the end sanctifire AND Beatrice are the problems tho
You can find ton of cards that lock, that part isn't hard.
Should they be banned? Probably (why is calamity and the likes of it are legal...) But banning way to access them in competitive decks is the best option for now except if we expect konami to ban every single other lock which I doubt will happen

Oh. That's..... that's not great..
A few things:
1. Angel of Blue Tears can only activate its GY effect if effect damage has been inflicted
2. Beatrice is one per turn
3. If this is all the same turn, the trap set off of Angel of Blue Tears cannot be activated until the next, since the trap was not set from the hand
1. Fiendsmith fusion puts back card from GY to do 1.2k
2. Second beatrice eff is in opp draw phase
3. It is not all on same turn, it is now opponent's

You should activate the trap first and chain beatrice to it. They can’t bystial or called by the puppet then.
Also, this line gets punished by nibiru so hard that it probably won’t see play. The spell, trap and puppet are all bricks as well
It is a 1 card combo.
If they play this they can main deck 3 crossout for nib.
Also doesn't matter the bricks.
You can discard gimmick puppet and just set the trap from hand in your turn and you can use Beatrice for another play or just make rank6 ceasar to stop nibiru.
@@aknkerse beatrice is only played for when you open the fiendsmith engine only so you can go into snake eyes as well. If you already have snake eye, the fiendsmith engine will be used for ceasar only. None of the topdecks in the wcq will play puppet lock in this deck

@@Joe-qt1bf yes you can. The trap doesn’t target, so you can dump the puppet as chain link 2. At that point the puppet is not yet in grave so there is no oportunity to bystial/crow/cbtg. When the chain resolves you dump puppet and then summon in
