Thanks for the video. Question about the bedding....do you know if full or queen sheets will work or is it best to find Full XL? Also do you happen to know the dimensions of the dresser. My son is looking to use it for a tv stand. Thanks!
I had queen sized sheets and I found that they worked just fine! I didn't think investing in full XL was worth it. I don't know the dimensions, but UK has some dorm photos and information on their website that was helpful for me before I moved in! I see a lot of people make it a TV stand, so I think that would work! I hope your son enjoys his time at UK! #BBN
Do full ride scholarships there cover dorms or what? If not what all does it cover? I’m aiming for a full ride at UK for audiology if they have that program there.
To be honest I wish someone told me how hard it was going to be haha there are two fresh places like freshii and greens to go, also subway but I found it pretty difficult so I went to whole foods a lot of the time and prepared my own food! I drove to vinaigrette which is a great salad spot downtown too. I think it can be done but I think UK needs to up their game in providing better vegan/ vegetarian options on the meal plan!

I am actually really good friends with Austin and I had no idea when I started watching. What a coincidence haha
Pedal power in Lexington! they helped me out so much getting set up and educating me about what biking is like downtown and on campus, definitely check them out if you're in the area and need a bike!
Right!! We have other nicer/bigger dorms on campus called University flats with laundry, stove etc.! My friend lives in one super jelly! But blessed all the same! ❤
I toured UK. My dad is an alum but I just didn’t love it like he did. I have a bunch of friends going there in the fall but I’ll be going to the University of Louisville so technically we’ll be rivals lol
Georgina Lakeeston I know some people that live in two person dorms where they share the same room to sleep! Majority of students are in this new housing though!

I plan do do the ROTC program through UK. Free tuition, books, meal plans, dorm, etc. Looks like an excellent university!
