Dale - Excited to see you in Egypt! I went to Cairo in May 2018 and stayed at Cairo Le Meridien, the one right across the airport. It is a beautiful hotel with a lovely pool, gym, spa for $85.00 per night in 2018. Stay safe, stay cool in the heat, and enjoy this amazing, incredibly breathtaking country!
Perhaps a different hotel. This hotel is directly connected to the airport and you just use the covered walkway over the street that connects the Cairo Le Meridien to the airport

Hi Dale! From Pakistan to Egypt, this is a rapid change. Your airport room was a bit messy and it's a shame because the sheets were not updated but the view was amazing. The other hotel room was clean and had a high standard but four hundred dollars was definitely not worth it as you said it was not worth more than a hundred dollars a night. The most exciting moment was when you ate those delicious dishes, it was really appetizing and I got anxiety not to be there to eat with you ... Thank you brother for sharing your amazing adventures in life. Be careful. 🙏🙏💞💕

I’m Egyptian and Egypt can be very hit or miss depending on where you go. You can live either really lavish in luxury or go to the “old” Cairo and step on cat piss.
Thank you for this video, I'm never gonna book that awful Marriot hotel. When you arrive it looks like a prison with 3 checks and scans, then the staff sounds rude and not friendly, and the room looks more like a 3-star hotel it looks terrible for that price. The only positive thing I saw was the view of the pyramids outside.
I don't think the hotel is aweful, but the price is. He keeps saying dollars so I'm not sure if he means Egyptian Pounds or if he converted to GBP. But I am assuming the latter. That hotel is about what you'd get for $115 USD in very populated cities in the Midwest

I've been in and out with Dale since around 240k subs. I started watching his India 🇮🇳 vlogs in 2020 around November I think 🤔. He's the "I gotta take a wee man." He said that a few times when I saw the South India vlogs. Great vlogger 😎👍🏻.
Man that's expensive for a developing country! I guess it's because of the pyramids. I recall staying at a Sheraton Grand Suite in Xi'An for $50usd/night in 2019. It was about 20x larger than your room here with two floors. I had a view of the walled city too and two storey high windows. $400usd in cairo!? Ay caramba!
