Before watching: I recognize this video of his S&C. I saved it for later me as it seems as the best COMPLETE S&C session for kickboxing

You watch the previous Superbon breakdown? I'd class that as the best I've broken down so far

@@sweetscienceoffighting thanks no not so far. Just subscribed 2 days ago will check that out. Maybe in the future you can check on the S&C of Tawanchai? The ones I saw looked real good too. And hes a beast with his bonebreaking kicks

I sparred with Liam, he is the fastest fighter I’ve ever sparred, I was 17 he could’ve hammered me and still could haha. If you look at his fights at the start of his career he got much more thunderous over the years. I think it’s the max effort padwork that is the main factor contributing

He is an absolute machine. Definitely the elite of the elite, must've been an experience sparring with him

I've seen that padwork philosophy at Bad Company. It makes pretty simple sense on paper. Max effort all the time on pads trains the power and conditioning needed for the most practical fighting transfer. I wonder if there are some hidden benefits to submaximal padwork however. Like relaxation leading to efficiency and speed, higher potential training volume, etc.
