guys who cut the aperture for the window, as I was with the actual installation.

Great watching these guys work. They cover the whole of Gloucestershire where I live. 👍 I think by the time you add up the hire of the machine and doing it - it’s cheaper to have them done by the professionals. Also, you have the guarantee if they leak, fall out they will re-do them 😁.

of this kind, I'm pretty practical, but now in my late sixties and just had a year of serious illness,
surgery and chemotherapy, I feel time is running out for me, but it's so interesting watching

How did you finish the step between cabin and van floor
great video! i'm just starting my own LWB conversion :D do you know what electric power tool the guy was using to cut through the panels pls? Also, did they grind off the the supports or was the younger guy drilling out the rivets? Thanks
Hi it depends what year you have, they are either spot welded and you can drill out or grind out if fixed. Not sure of the name of the tool but, it’s bloody good. - thanks for the comment & interest. Good luck with your build 👍

To answer your question £320 for both windows, one fixed window the other with a sliding window fitted.

Well you've just sold me on the idea of transforming my LWB Vivaro. Your videos are amazing, informative and really clear and give people great encouragement to do this type of conversion. As a kitchen fitter I'm really looking forward to starting the project later this year. One question ... The van you've been showing us, is it a short or long wheelbase? Thanks so much ...
Thank you my friend. Yes it’s a LWB - I’ve had a number people ask if it’s possible to do the same for a SWB - I think it’s about 1 foot shorter- which just means positioning of the switches to the side of the benches & Units.

@@abikerstale806 Hi again... somethings been bothering me ... I've stripped out all the ply lining from my LWB Vivaro along with the floor ply and am now left with a lot pf black metal so progress!. Here's my question... on the back internal panels when I insulate them, am I right in assuming I put the foil over the insulation as there are no cards for the rear panels? Just wondered as when it comes to fitting the carpets there wont be a hard back when I'm smoothing the carpet down... thanks in anticipation ....

No, No.. you have to use 5.5mm Plyboard then Carpet the Plyboard once you’ve got the correct shape. Then fix over the vapour wrap. You will however need to carpet over all pillars and columns. But before you do this, you need to insulate within the columns then vapour wrap. - Hope this helps? If not I can send you photos of the process👍🛠🛠 Good luck this needs to be 100% correct or you will not form a correct vapour barrier.

How did u get your coffee milk like that?
Based on the thermal looking container, my best guess is a milk steamer device.
Baristas warm up milk in a jug by adding steam from a wand on the machine and technique allows them to control the result. Many home coffee machines come with the same feature but you can also get a machine just for the milk that's typically easier to use and clean
Such a pity we saw nothing of your insulating... I have a Vivaro and seem to be at war with the insulating, damn job is tearin' on me nerves.
Saw this video of a Vivaro and thought... ah look, maybe here is a tip or two to be found but, alas 😢

Thanks for showing us the video. The guy installing the window needs to see a person with a bit of steel sticking out of his eyeball. Not a nice sight! Wear safety glasses when drilling, please..
