    Love your channel!! Going to try your product haven’t seen it in NC yet. I’ll order online if need be. I have a fair amount of fat on my ham. Should I trim it down ?

      Hey Tim! I always leave the fat on because so many people like it. Then people can trim it off by the piece. Thanks for watching!

    I might have missed it. But what was the total cook time?

      Usually around 2 hrs depending on the size of the ham and your cook temperature. In this example I smoked it for about an hour and a half, then began glazing for another 30 minutes. Thanks for reaching out!
