I see most things she says and use to carry out trades are done by Steve. that is how I know she knows what she is doing. in her technique of over night trading she says she use stop loss and take profit strategy. She trade on her account and it reflects on your own

I’m in Austin City Limits now, not some distant metro area. Housing prices have dropped over 20% in even the best areas and zip codes. Cardone sounds like Dave Rambles when he says residential housing prices are not going down 20, 25, 30 % or more. It’s happening in real time in Texas metro areas today. Data doesn’t lie.
Actually the data shows that in cities where there was a huge spike, there is a significant downward trend. But nationwide, he is correct and he was speaking to the data available out there.

Texas is one of the largest markets and with the highest amount of new building construction single family and multi family. CA is crashing and so is Texas. I bet other metro areas that saw large migration past five years are going below 20%. Time will tell. Austin is already below the 20% deflation. More to go. My 2 cents.
I think my apt complex is losing business due to the parking garage is no longer full and the regular parking half empty where 6 months ago you couldn't find a parking spot. I mean the one I live at.
