    I am from Spain, my friend in Texas referred me to this channel you make a lot of sense but I do not understand anything until she referred me to a financial counselor in USA that help me to craft my portfolio and over a year we have been working together making consistent profit enough to get me a new apartment and care for parents.

      @Mark Reeves it is not a he. It is a lady. I see most things she says and use to carry out trades are done by Steve. that is how I know she knows what she is doing. in her technique of over night trading she says she use stop loss and take profit strategy. She trade on her account and it reflects on your own

      @Mark Reeves I have referred a few of my friends, she is working with them currently and they have improved greatly with their finances. I have made 153,000 usd since Nov with a capital of 10,000 usd that i initially deposited, she collects her fees after you have made profit and her style is such that I am in control of my funds and to a large extent also what happens on my account

      @@spldrong it’s not just his syndication deals though, Grants success comes from selling “how to get rich” products even though he never built a legit business prior. Pace is authentic cause he actually built a successful investing business before selling his mentorship.

      A couple of years ago there was alot on the utube about him doing bad stuff, I honestly don't remember much of the specifics

    I’m in Austin City Limits now, not some distant metro area. Housing prices have dropped over 20% in even the best areas and zip codes. Cardone sounds like Dave Rambles when he says residential housing prices are not going down 20, 25, 30 % or more. It’s happening in real time in Texas metro areas today. Data doesn’t lie.

      Actually the data shows that in cities where there was a huge spike, there is a significant downward trend. But nationwide, he is correct and he was speaking to the data available out there.

      @@HealthyistheNewSexy well Grant didn’t say that. Housing Markets Are Local or Regional And lag behind the data. All relevant data and the Fed says it’s crashing. Texas is one of the largest markets and with the highest amount of new building construction single family and multi family. CA is crashing and so is Texas. I bet other metro areas that saw large migration past five years are going below 20%. Time will tell. Austin is already below the 20% deflation. More to go. My 2 cents.
