My 1st deal with 70k assignment, I had to suck it up and tell her hay for her because her bank was helping her keep the place.. when all along the lady was talking to my cash buyer and took the deal from me 😂people are awesome 😅

How is a SubTo better than an assumption for the seller?😂
the seller is still on the hook in an assumption. They stay as a guarantor on the loan... so tell me how an assumption is better.
An assumption of an assumable loan is a take over of the loan. They are off the loan completely. Otherwise it's nothing but a SubTo. @@PaceMorby
