@@vasquez0656 Basically yes, but Sambo has a less strict regulation on some aspects, which can make it more brutal. MMA is a very wide term. Basically if you do more than two martial arts you are already in the MMA realm, competition MMA is another thing altogether

Please show a practical set of techniques that start with stand up striking (like the series ending in uranage ) integrate a throw and finish with an armbar. Спасибо.

@@kacperschmidtke6675no, because sambo get a lot, and valorize the throws. And the minset of the ground game, is diferent also.

My plan for 2019 is to perfect my takedowns as shown in the video, and to continue my grappling journey by continued training.
