My son loves pumpkin pie, so I wouldn't dare skip making a pie for Thanksgiving! I even make him pumpkin pie for his birthday in April!😂 There’s just something comforting about the creamy custard texture of desserts like your pumpkin crumble, or pumpkin pie!

You can make vegan pumpkin pie that doesn't require eggs, thickened with cornstarch. Lots of recipes online.
