Awesome State Park! We’ve been a couple times, but haven’t had such good weather. We didn’t get a camping spot there either. You got to see lots of cool stuff! It’s awesome to see the lighthouses and the Columbia and Pacific at one park. We didn’t get to do a tour- how cool! My favorite thing though, would be walking along the beach. 👌💙💙⭐⭐ - Jen
Yes! I agree with you, lighthouses were a close second, but the walking on the beach was the best. Beach walks are always nice, but the birding was great and the pelicans were mesmerizing! Have a great week!
Nice to see more of that park. This morning my friend & I biked 16 miles in Myakka River State Park here in FL. It was so humid, heat index 106. Its quite flooded right now, and the gators were lined along the road so that was unnerving. When they heard us going by, they turned & jumped into the water. Some were gigantic. We also saw deer, limpkins, snowy egrets. I'm not going back till the water recedes! 🐊
OMG that sounds so scary but so fascinating! I really hope to get to FL someday and see things like this! Yeah, unnerving is putting it lightly! I would be shaking lol. Sounds like a treasure trove of wildlife, but good idea to wait til the water recedes! Stay safe!
