Surprised the hook shot wasn’t added to the list. Had similar features as the boomerang, AND it allowed Link to be more mobile and traverse more terrains.
The HookShot was awesome. Made me want one as a kid. Now that I have old man bones not a chance I would try a QuickShot. Maybe straight up into a tree. Maybe....
I said it once I'll say it again the deku nuts are such an underated weapon. they're like Zelda's equivalent to flashbangs, they're so powerful they can literally force Ganon to his knees.
Oh, the thumbnail for this video contains a picture I made in Source Filmmaker back in 2018, specifically Young Link with the Glided Sword and Mirror shield. Happy you guys liked it enough for it to be on the video, but i'd also appreciate if you gave credit on the description somewhere. xD (I tried linking the source but im pretty sure it got removed for potential "spam")
Not going to lie, I've always been a Master Sword person. Happy to see it made the list twice. And the boomerang in Link's Awakening is the best. Totally right that it becomes the primary weapon.
I can’t believe they didn’t chose the flying beetle in Skyward sword, that thing allowed you to pick up stuff, carry bombs and use it to scout locations. It was also fun to fly around
Personally I thought that Twilight Princess' bomb arrows were much better than the ball and chain. They may not pack as big of a punch, but they are much easier to control, don't hamper your movement, and can be used while on horseback. You also get them earlier than you get the ball and chain, so they get a lot more mileage.

Did anybody else think for Botw it would probably be Urbosa's Fury? I guess the issue is that's not an item. But yes the master sword really comes in handy, especially with how you don't have to worry about having enough room for it. It creates its own space in the inventory
@@crimson2618 Yea my fave weapons are actually the master sword & savage lynel sword. But again the master sword has certainly advantages over it. I feel like it's a tie between them
Yeah, can't agree with the master sword of Breath of the Wild. Nothing beats guardian++ swords and axes, combined with ancient proficiency. The Battle Axe by itself is already just as powerful as a fully boosted Master Sword, and when combined with golden perks (like a strength boost, that could further boost the power by something like 15 points) and an upgraded ancient armor (+80% strength) and a triple strength boost (+50% strength), you will be tearing through even silver Lynels like they are made of paper. Ancient proficiency's stackable strength boost is almost unfair in just how ridiculously powerful it makes the ancient weapons. The only downside is durability, but considering how easy the ancient weapons can be gotten, that's just a minor quibble (especially since ancient weapons get *another additional* strength boost against guardians, the main source of these weapons).
The best weapon would be hylian Shield 🛡️, boomerang, master Sword. Light 🏹, The Guardian weapons (bOTW), sling shot . I love The Legend of Zelda Link is the Man.
The Book of Magic actually reduces the magic rod's usefulness, not improve it. Your magic shots burst in to flames on contact with an enemy, but it only deals as much damage as the candle (your other source of fire), and several enemies in the game are immune to fire anyway. Unless you really need long range fire attacks (and you probably don't), you're better off using the red candle. At least with that, you can get two shots at once, and it's easier to target, since an enemy may just walk out of the way before the magic rod's shot gets there.
in the second quest you can use the magic rod with the book of magic to open up level 7 if you time it right against a moblin. that way you don't need the candle. so while the flame has a damage power of 1, the only negative are the zols splitting into gels which do not drop any resources. wizzrobes and darknuts are immune to the projectile and likelikes are in fact easier to destroy with it. also the rod has two damage properties. the projectile which i just mentioned and the melee attack which can damage darknuts and patra. that is how players are able to reach ganon swordless. while the flame effect is weaker, it has higher DPS on targets.
While the master sword is great in BotW, I gotta give it to the ancient arrows. A single hit on almost any enemy (including guardians) can't beat that.
Zelda ALTTP: Bombos medallion is a far better and more powerful weapon in that game than the fire rod. Sure it uses more magic but it can clear all the enemies in a room in just one button press. You can get it very early on in the dark world as well. After obtaining magic hammer from the palace of darkness (Castle 1 in the dark world). I honestly believe that the Bombos medallion in ALTTP is one of the most overpowered weapons in any Zelda game. It is definitely more powerful and more useful than the fire rod.
You get the Great Fairy Sword and Feirce Deity mask too late in the game for them to be the best... anyway, here's thee best weapon in Seasons: a sword that requires you to play an entirely different game as a prerequisite.
You do realise there are a few weapons in Breath of the Wild that can pack A LOT MORE PUNCH than the Master Sword right? (And no, durability is no longer an issue due to menu overloading)
@Yol Riin Lask The animation is worth it for a screen wipe imo, and the Fire Rod can be more heavy on magic depending on how many enemies are on screen.

I actually like the Zora sword from botw that you get behind the shrine in the domain; it’s stylish and deals a decent amount of damage
Zelda: Link's Awakening
My favorite is Bombs.
Biggoron's Sword and Light Arrows.
Surprised the hook shot wasn’t added to the list. Had similar features as the boomerang, AND it allowed Link to be more mobile and traverse more terrains.
The hook shot dose not do damage it only stuns so it couldn't be on the list.
It’s not a weapon
The HookShot was awesome. Made me want one as a kid. Now that I have old man bones not a chance I would try a QuickShot. Maybe straight up into a tree. Maybe....
Technically it does do damage only too skultulas tho
@@PUFFMAN-zy1ir The hookshot can damage certain enemies. in Ocarina of Time the hookshot can one shot skultulas.
I said it once I'll say it again the deku nuts are such an underated weapon. they're like Zelda's equivalent to flashbangs, they're so powerful they can literally force Ganon to his knees.

Pretty bad of them not to credit you ngl
The upgraded fire rod and the upgraded spin attack (ALBW) feels so OP tbh
Not going to lie, I've always been a Master Sword person. Happy to see it made the list twice. And the boomerang in Link's Awakening is the best. Totally right that it becomes the primary weapon.

The one hit obliterator from BOTW was a great weapon but the occasion you can use it, comes with a price.
It also let your arrows from bows deal one hit kills, negating the disadvantage.

Bombchu def an awesome item but sadly it’s hardly ever used.
@MarijuanaMan don’t speak for all cuz I hit it all the time even dabbed out.

i’m surprised lynel weapons weren’t included

We need the warriors Zelda games included on this list. The fire Rod there is pretty epic, but so is Volga's Spear.
@Yol Riin Lask cuz they are not classic zelda games
The best weapon would be hylian Shield 🛡️, boomerang, master Sword. Light 🏹, The Guardian weapons (bOTW), sling shot . I love The Legend of Zelda Link is the Man.

i always go for the Big Goron Sword the minute i become adult link
Bruh
Fire rod and bombos medallion is different
While the master sword is great in BotW, I gotta give it to the ancient arrows. A single hit on almost any enemy (including guardians) can't beat that.
Awesome video!
Is there a particular reason why you barely showcase the weapons you are talking about in this list for some of these weapons
The master sword is by far my favorite weapon in Zelda Ocarina of Time, Twilight Princess, and Breath of the Wild
Magic cape in link to the past makes you invincible while you are still able to do damage
The ball and chain was fantastic
I wonder if there is a video evolution of fairy revivals in Zelda series. Or if we could have a video of it.
It was dumb to include swords, its the frkin main weapon in all zelda games of course you can conclude its the best weapon in like 90% of the games
Ball and chain is super clunky to use. Double claw shots is the best item in twilight princess
Zelda ALTTP: Bombos medallion is a far better and more powerful weapon in that game than the fire rod. Sure it uses more magic but it can clear all the enemies in a room in just one button press. To me the master sword is the best
Make a list of the best combos in Deadcells
Deku Slingshot Always my Favorite
Thunder spell named best weapon from Zelda 2 - shows no footage of Thunder spell being used.
Just started watching, Wind Waker better be the Light Arrow
edit: all is right in this list!
Most of the time, it's the Silver/Light Arrows.
I think ether was probably my favorite. In a link to the past.
You get the Great Fairy Sword and Feirce Deity mask too late in the game for them to be the best... anyway, here's thee best weapon in Seasons: a sword that requires you to play an entirely different game as a prerequisite.
No mention of how the fire gloves look, act and sound like Mario’s fireballs
honestly mine is the gilded sword because it looks so cool and it isnt the master sword either.
Longshot is my favorite
Master Sword is great, so is the Guardian Saw.
You do realise there are a few weapons in Breath of the Wild that can pack A LOT MORE PUNCH than the Master Sword right? (And no, durability is no longer an issue due to menu overloading)
well im sorry some people dont like destroying their damn game with glitches
Best Zelda Princesses, Ruto is clearly a top rank
The Fire Rod is better than Bombos? Um, Bombos is the Fire Rod on steroids, and you can get Bombos before the Fire Rod.
@Yol Riin Lask The animation is worth it for a screen wipe imo, and the Fire Rod can be more heavy on magic depending on how many enemies are on screen.
The light arrow from wind water you can one shot enemies.
1:31 I CAST THUNDER SPELL
Because the Double Helix Sword in Majora´s Mask can't be used oustide boss fights.... right? It's so broken most bosses are a nuissance.
Once again, you forgot about Four Swords, which has an incredibly broken Bomb
Seed shooter 😏
the savage lynel weapons are better with good damage and good durability
I learn a trick for instant Recharge on the Master Sword in BOTW.
yeah you go to the trials when its low and then leave the trials and ur good to go
@@agynth that’s right.
I miss the Boomerang
The Fire Gloves are basically a Knock Off of the Fire Flower
love ocnara of time
Royal guard claymore atp 110+ >60
i think the strongest weapon in a link to the past is the hookshot
Oot Bigoron sword is not worth it.
How did that get best for oot..
Downvote on that
What about the kohilint sword
I'm going with the tried and true, Master Sword
Where's the mythical bottle
Master sword
why is a link between worlds a “pseudo sequel“?
Ha capable idea
Skyward sword best sword is the true master sword 😂😂😂😂😂
Dislike ocarina time master sword better
:)
