Whenever I return to the states from the middle east, I am going to order a grill and a smoker from this man. He is a true tradesman and his builds are first rate. I love this build. it is so versatile so it can be used as an offset, an direct heat, and a vertical smoker. I have never seen anyone build one like this. Great creativity and an awesome build at a great price.

how do you like that evolution saw? I have a hand held model and a home depot chop saw that thing works well I think maybe I should get one. been building alot of 200 gallon pressure tank smokers , well six so far but your video's pushed me into getting busy and I thank you, also people really love the barrel bbq's I have built, think maybe doing a book would be good to do. anyhow Allen thanks for teaching us old dogs new tricks have a Merry Christmas Chris
Great looking rig perhaps someday I will be able to get one, I like that you uploaded this on my birthday. I prefer charcoal I am not one for gas, with it I could do some great smoked Turkey, Duck or perhaps Lamb and Brisket with Sausage. My mouth is watering just thinking about it!

Do they hold temp well?
@@zayhoopz yes. Very well. I found a trick to help maintain temp. I adjust and control my temp better by leaving the door slightly opened
