Not many people point out how good his videos are looking. The editting, the transitions, the background music, the dubbing, the camera work, everything looks so neatly aesthetic. Its so watchable and it makes the audience feel so comfortable of watching it. Even when you don't have an idea what he's talking about sometimes, you just kinda watch it. It has the quality that makes you not notice how quality-made it is but the quality is still there. He can actually make a living just by making quality videos like this or even work as a director.

The real dream is being an owner of such buildings, 3k a bunker, looks like there's 7 to 8 bunkers a floor, he's living on the 8th floor say there's 10 floors. 21-24k a floor a month multiplied by the floors = 210k-240k/month, or 3m a year.
Almost never is a single individual owning these buildings, usually a larger development corporation. On the other hand if say, a individual owned a decent amount of these units and were renting them out, then yes, they'd be making a lot of money.

P.S. for those of you that don’t live in New York There are a couple reasons why we get so excited when an apartment comes with a washer and dryer. Reason number one is that usually in order to do your laundry you have to go to a separate place that might be blocks away if not more. Reason number two is that landlords and building owners don’t want to spend the extra money it takes to not only buy the laundry machines but to install them as well. Third reason is they can use that excuse as an excuse to up your rent. A lot of buildings however are being fit with a mini laundromat usually down in their basement though so things are getting better

Let's be real, Joma has far better content. The videos have a lot of work put into them in terms of filming and production, whereas Techlead just posts whatever he thinks will get views because he left his software engineering job for a TH-cam career. The videos have a lot of work put into them in terms of filming and production, whereas Techlead just posts whatever he thinks will get views because he left his software engineering job for a TH-cam career. On a side note Mayuko also left her software engineering job for a youtube career but her quality of videos hasn't dropped and they're still good.
