Weather Channel Local Forecast Music 1985 - Need Help ID'ing Songs!

Please help me out if you know the names of these Weather Channel Local Forecast music songs... I've been wondering since the 80's!!.. These songs were the backdrop to Hurricane Gloria era local forecasts.. I kind of mentally associate them with "Gloria" & the Tropical season/Summer 1985.. This is a question specifically for real Weather Channel and/or music buffs.. Please help me out!

I have no idea on #1. The second song is likely Andreas Vollenweider. The third is "Night-Lines" by Dave Grusin. I thought #4 was Jackie King, but so far no luck.
