HOW TO: STARBUCKS COPYCAT ICED WHITE MOCHA W/ SWEET CREAM COLD FOAM

- In todays video I show you guys how to make a Starbucks copycat Iced White Mocha w/ Sweet Cream Cold Foam
(This recipe makes for a 12 oz drink)
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
L A T T E
- 3 tbsp white mocha sauce
- 1 shot (2 oz) esspresso or concentrated coffee
- 3-4 oz milk of choice
- ice
S W E E T C R E A M C O L D F O A M
- 2 tbsp milk
- 2 tbsp heavy whipping cream
- 2 tbsp vanilla syrup
HOW TO MAKE IT:
First add your white mocha sauce, then add in your esspresso and quickly add in milk before shots die and then add ice. Done with the latte portion.
For sweet cream foam, add all ingredients and froth.
Pour over top of latte, add caramel drizzle and your done!

I do 1/2 cup whipping cream, 1/2 cup milk of choice and 1 tbsp of vanilla syrup! For a venti 💕

A caramel mocha frap at home would just be coffee, caramel and chocolate sauce with ice and milk blended together 😁
How would you make it black and white?
Instead of the the full amount of white mocha use half and then the other half use regular mocha

For venti hot it’s only 5 pumps but if it’s a venti iced it’s 6 pumps. You can find syrup flavors on Amazon usually or sometimes even tjmaxx, homegoods, Marshall’s…I also like making my own syrups at home

Where do you get your blonde espresso from? I can't find it anywhere 😭 and it's the only way I'll drink anything with espresso in it!
The grocery stores near me have it but you can also go to Starbucks they should have blonde espresso beans

You can usually find everything at your local grocery store. I got my ingredients from Walmart. If you don’t have an espresso machine you can make a concentrated coffee or buy instant espresso powder

But in the video you say teaspoon not tablespoon
What milk would be the best in order for the drink to taste better?
At Starbucks the default is 2% which is what I usually use but you can use which ever you like

Starbucks makes they’re own whipped cream. It’s heavy cream and vanilla syrup to sweeten it. Or you can just buy the whipped cream from the store, I used the great value brand.

Yes, I usually buy mine from bed bath and beyond or Amazon
What if i dont have an espresso machine
You can try using a more concentrated coffee or instant espresso (kinda like instant coffee)
You look a lot like Modena Baccarin.
Is that a sauce instead of a syrup?
Yea it’s a white mocha sauce. I’ve never tried with a syrup but it’s worth a shot. I’m not sure if it makes a difference

Yes put your caramel before anything…so it’ll be your first step

Thank you for the info. However, it would have been nice to have measurements instead of "to the line". We don't all have cups with lines. And how many ounces of espresso? What is the size of a shot? I just feel you should have been better prepared and have all your info upfront instead of having to "question" yourself if you were giving us the correct info or not. I do appreciate the effort and I know things will get better. Best of luck with your channel.
