I am sure you have already figured this out since this comment is a bit old, but when you have a new lyre with metal strings you will need to return it until the strings settle. It should be settled now if you have continued to keep it in tune. Unless it is an issue with the pegs.

Mahgol Jahanbakht when you tune it its very easy to play because of pentatonic scale. You dont really need music.
It's actually easy to play and learn, it's just like a piano in strings
You can't tab this because there are notes being played that are outside of this lyre's range. The video has been dubbed.

If you are amateur musician. You can get the chords by analyze the notes and form and tadaaa. You can form a chord :)
