How To Screen Print T Shirts Using Vinyl Stencils

- Have you ever wanted to learn how to screen print? Well if you have and just been to worried about giving it a try don't worry I'm gonna teach myself at the same time of making this video. So normal screen printing works with using emulsion to make the screen, but with this super easy way of screen printing we are going to be using a reversed vinyl decal that we cut from the silhouette.

I like what you are doing. This will help us get our brand out there. One thing I’ve learned doing glass etching for 20 years plus and selling vinyl decals is you have the option to leave a cut out border on your design. This will frame the design as well as leave a border to help in the tape off progress. I usually just cut a rectangle around the design which defines the borders. Helpful with decals for newbies applying them as well as giving a perimeter for taping off. Maybe helpful maybe not but thank you for the video. Side note, setting up registration marks would help when centering. Just a thought after watching you center the second coozie.
Should of use tape markings to guide you , so it be line up every time

Hi, is this a one time process on screen or we have to stick vinyl every time when we want to start a new production..does it work with plastisol inks too..

You want to use the thinnest vinyl you can get for this application as it will make your finish less raised on the garment.
