when we kept it to proof for second time covered with a dry cloth....it was totally dry from that side and wet frim down side which was on parchment paper.....and so when kept in oven..none fluff up...pls advise

Hi Neha, I noticed one thing There are a few things that you are saying in the video but it that isn’t written down in the English sub titles Eg. you said that later you added more water to make the dough, other than the water you used to activate yeast, not everyone knows Hindi.. some people might not have understood those few things that you said in Hindi Just a suggestion.. if possible write the entire recipe in the description The recipe is amazing!!! major tip: apply butter on the butter paper before putting pita bread on it. she didn't tell this, and my breads were ruined. dressing is a must.

Flip it & place it in the oven if doubtful.. Waise it will puff up, don’t worry

Time vary karta hai, after puffing just minutes more. Usually 5 to 6 mins is enough

I wouldn’t recommend 1 day prior, same day is the best. It is like roti, the fresher the better
