Can't really work part time and see a therapist or Psychiatrist since you need affordable health insurance premiums. In my opinion, the US needs to heavily consider a four day work week.
@darkrulier What's your logic behind that? I recently had a co worker receive a job offer from an employer to work 30 hour weeks fully remote. The workforce changes, albeit slowly. I think 4 day workweeks are long overdue, but we simply refuse to adapt with the rest of the world.
Where I work PTO of any kind doesn’t roll over, so if you don’t use it, you lose it. If they’re offering me those benefits and I have days to use, I’ll use “sick” days as extra vacation days so I don’t lose them.
@@rustyshacklferd535That’s why you always keep some PTO days and if you don’t get sick, just take them off around the holidays. My boyfriend had time racked up so he had almost three weeks off at the end of the year.
My coworker told me if your sick just come in like I’m sick I’ve Ben home since Friday tho and it’s Monday and I’m just a little like uhm do I stay home one more day or do I go to work because I’m fatigue as heck and I am dog bather and the water will probably fuk me up
The problem is workaholic micromanagement bosses dont understand mental health. Even when you are casual they make you feel guilty .
Bottom line companies shouldn't be spying on you, that should be illegal
Note to self 📝.. don’t have boss on social media
🤣

American Corporations will never accept it unless forced to do so.
Ceos get 4< day work weeks the working class will never see that sadly

Yep thats what my coworkers have done in the past, then they get sick and cant take off. Lmao.

What do I tell the boss if I need time to go to an interview?
Can you call in new years day if your not feeling good

Tell them bring a doctor note.
Who goes to the doctor every time they get sick? When I’m sick, I just want to be in bed doing nothing.
