Congrats to Indonesia btw, i've tried Nasi Goreng once and when u take just one bite it's like that feeling of heaven foods flying around your tongue, can somebody explain how does the rice became so dark like that? Or is it soy sauce?

Usually nasi goreng is red due to the use of ketchup and chili sauce, but yeah sometimes at some place they use soy sauce more so it's dark.

beef pho right off the bat - oh yeah, had this when I visited my brother in Cambodia there's a small roadside eatery near his apartment that serves mainly this dish. It's the best noodle I've ever had. Also chicken rice in Singapore, when we were kids me and my brother will always order it when we visited our dad back when he was still working there. Didn't expect nostalgia watching a video about food.

There are many delicious food from Indonesia, not only satay, nasi goreng n rendang. In east Sulawesi - Makassar - Indonesia any another delicious food it's called Coto Makassar n Sop Sodara. In Manado - North Sulawesi the delicious food it's called Ayam Rica, but this one very spicy.

Btw, I don't like beef but, rendang have changed my appetite... We now know how CNN reviewer love meat like hell... I do not eat beef, taste is yuck and the smell sometimes like putrid, fishy, or some kind beefy smell and it drive away my appetite... I prefer salad, with olive oil and a little bit cheddar or mozarrela to add some saltiness, cause here I don't sacrifice any mammals... However, i'm Indonesian.

According to me tastiest food item is Indian raw mango(especially from Kerala) ,cut into small pieces ,put it in salt water along with green chillies(especially kanthari from Kerala) for 2 days in a tight container...taste it after 2 days...ohh...my..God....
