My favorite meal consists of boiling a cornish game hen in chicken bouillon until it's about 2 3rds done then finishing it off in the oven. As this is going on I add any vegetables I like to the stock which makes a nice soup to go with it. Some; potato, carrot, onion, a bit of celery perhaps. A creative smattering of herbs and spices, just delicious really.

@@airsoftluke17 The Moors brought with them many of the spices and aromatic herbs now known in Spain, along with the cooking methods associated with them. Not only did this mean they brought their own personality to dishes. They introduced natural produce from Asia which was totally unknown to the Spanish. Many of these continue to be basic ingredients in today’s Spanish cuisine and include most spices and produce such as saffron, apricots, artichokes, carob, sugar, aubergines, grapefruits, carrots, coriander and rice. All of these continue to be prominent in Spain today. Example of the importance of these foods is a dish which perhaps best symbolises Spanish cuisine, paella, whose main ingredients are rice and saffron.

A typical Sadhya can have about 24-28 dishes served as a single course. In cases where it is a much larger one it can have over 64 or more items, such as the Sadhya for Aranmula Boatrace (Valla Sadhya).[3] During a traditional Sadhya celebration people are seated cross-legged on mats.[4] Food is eaten with the right hand, without cutlery.[4] The fingers are cupped to form a ladle.[4]
The main dish is plain boiled rice, served along with other dishes collectively called Kootan (കൂട്ടാന്‍) which include curries like parippu, sambar, rasam, pulisseri and others like kaalan, avial, thoran, olan, pachadi, kichadi, koottukari, erissery, mango pickle, pulinji, naranga achaar (lime pickle), as well as papadam, plantain chips, sharkara upperi, banana, plain curd and buttermilk.[3][5][6][7] The buttermilk is typically served near the end of the meal.[3] The traditional dessert called payasam served at the end of the meal is of many kinds[3] and usually three or more are served. Some of the varieties are Paal Ada, Ada Pradhaman, Paripu pradhaman, chakkapradhaman, etc. The 'Kootan' are made with different vegetables and have different flavours; some say the reason for including so many dishes in the Sadhya is to ensure that the diners will like at least a few dishes.
    A sadhya served for Onam
The dishes are served on specific places on the banana leaf in specific order.[8] For example, the pickles are served on the top left corner and the banana on the bottom left corner, which helps the waiters to easily identify and decide on offering additional servings. The most common ingredients in all the dishes are rice, vegetables, coconut and coconut oil as they are abundant in Kerala. Coconut milk is used in some dishes and coconut oil is used for frying and also as an ingredient in others.

Oh come on, don't include Korean....I agree on a rest but Korean cuisines is not, Japan, Vietnam, Indonesian and Philippines are far better than South Korean Cuisines.
      Reason:
1.They don't put enough salt on their food and it tastes bland.
2.They always use the same spice called gochujang paste.
      3.Diffirent recipes but same spice.
      4. Most of their streetfoods has a touch of Western and Japan.
      5. The variety of their traditional foods are always the same...nothing new.
6 Traditional Korean food don't uses a lot of condiments and spices , Chilli paste is enough for them.
