Well Tom, I received my Liquid night yesterday and I absolutely love it. Just showered, with a fresh layer of La Labo Santal body lotion and sprayed this over it. Wow! This fragrance is stunning.

Great review and great fragrance! This stuff was a no brainer for me. It smells amazing, lasts forever, projects like a beast and only cost me $88 after the 20% discount from Min. One of the best bangs for your buck on the market!

I have and Hinoki is much more stark. I think it is a masterpiece. I don't think they are similar. Liquid Night is warm and rich whereas the CDG is like soaking in a wood lined hot tub up in the mountains if that makes any sense
