thanks for the vid. Concur, could have just melted the cheese on the Blackstone. Made mine tonight. Added a balsamic vinegar to the veggies and let it thicken, and added a bit over the final product. So good.
Looks great why didn’t you just melt the cheese on the blackstone? All you had to do was add the cheese to the sausage throw a some on it and let the blackstone do the magic easy peasy as they say. Either way looked great. I never considered butterflying the sausage but I will definitely be trying that.
Everything looked good except I would suggest not cutting the sausage in half. You are loosing all of the juices when cooking. Use a metal lid on the Blackstone to cover them and cook thru. Great video otherwise.
After watching this video why bother going out to eat this sausage; and onions with peppers meal inside a restaurant when people can use a griddle; or pressure cooker; or air fryer inside their kitchens. It would definitely be less expensive than eating out.
Great video, I'm getting hungry! Little known grilling fact. Cooking on a griddle or grill, always takes exactly 1 cold beverage of choice. 8)
I just recently found your channel. Thanks again for the video.great content, especially giving the dogs a cameo!

Yummy 🤤
I save those onion peels and dehydrate them and make my own powdered onion with them. I waste nothing, Lol
Looks great! I'll skip the bread though!
