One thing about Kinshiki’s level of strength: one line in Boruto where he’s about to transform into a chakra fruit for Momoshiki, he states “just as my guardian has done for me, I now will become power for you” or something like that essentially stating kinshiki wasn’t just a sacrifice but just the lesser between Momoshiki and himself
I still believe that Madara and Kaguya both were difficult fights for different reasons.
Madara, though not as powerful as Kaguya, was a skilled fighter and thus gave both Sauske and Naruto problems.
However, Kaguya was 80% brute force and overwhelmed both of them because of her power; she didn't have battle experience and had to rely on Black Zetsu for help.

Madara should have fought for a few episodes while showing some instability growing from within. He starts to lose power and control while the essence of Kaguya is taking over. In the meanwhile he fought team 7. That would've at least created hype for Kaguya and displayed the true power of Madara

Kaguya shouldn't have fought at all, show a glimpse of her power but then was stopped by our heroes from fully realizing/materializing. The series last few episodes started to meander with Kaguya.

I think Madara has the same issues as Naruto and Sasuke in the war arc. If Naruto and Sasuke got stronger by getting used to their power after the war arc why wouldn't Madara get stronger as well by getting used to his power ups as well. I think personally Madara has more potential to get stronger than both Naruto and Sasuke because at this point in time he has both if not more of all their powers. Madara by the time of Boruto would be stronger.

So just a quick thought: Didn't Itachi have his Amaterasu in his right eye? What if you gain the Mangekyo abilities of your sibling when you absorb their eyes? This would effectively mean that Sasuke's right eye has both Amaterasu *and* Kagutsuchi, while his left has a backup copy of Amaterasu and Tsukiyomi. Actually, Sasuke having access to Tsukiyomi could also explain why he was able to provide protection from the Infinite Tsukiyomi. No evidence for it, but just spitballing. :D

There is no actual evidence to suggest that and EMS user has both abilities. Sasuke never used Tsukuyomi, and we never knew Madara or Izuna's abilities. I'm pretty sure the two ability thing is a Head Cannon.

I watched the video from Naruto explained, it makes sense but I have an opposing theory. When Obito told Naruto about the chakra requirements to travel to Kaguya 's dimension, I think it's because he is using a Sharingan to follow through portals opened by a rinnegan. I think there is a difference between rinnegan and karma dimensions and the kamui dimension. That's why Madara needed to steal kakashy's Sharingan to find Obito and Sakura while he has a rinnegan.
Sasuke in shippuden couldn't also open portals through kaguyas demension so he needed amenoteji kara and in the fight when kaguya was moving her demension we even hear her complaining about Chakra cost and she had a rennesharingan

He lost due to being over whelmed by ninja techniques, similar to kaguya he didn't know wtf transformation or anything like that is. Black zetsu helped kaguya understand but Momoshiki had to improvise. He had to adapt to them using sneaky techniques.
That and you mentioned that he only got a edge after katatskay (science guy) gave him a bunch of Ninjutsu, but that was shown to not even be the main issue as the guy was shown to have hidden chakra pills anyway.
Sasuke was also gonna die if naruto didn't save him which shows that they cant defeat him individually, only as a duo. And Boruto being there was also a wildcard due to him having the vanishing rasengan which momoshiki can't see.

Base adult sasuke and naruto even without their powers are stronger than Naruto(from the last). That naruto from his movie one shots toneri who was said multiple times over to be stronger than kaguya. Sasuke in the novels when he is around 19 years of age said he is confident he could fondle kaguya level threats(he didnt say that but he was confident he could win).

The only qualm i have is that there is a huge issue with assuming jutsu always cost the exact same amount of chakra, rather than the more realistic version where as you get better at using it then you are more efficient and thus it costs less chakra to do the same thing.
Naruto supposedly had something like 4x as much chakra as Kakshi, and with half of kurama, 100x. This is according to Kakashi himself. Meanwhile, Sasuke's supposed limit for Chidori was 2 times a day or so, and trying to do it 3 would literally kill him, and the same with Naruto when he first learned the Rasen Shuriken. These things clearly were never really true, but it seems more like a retcon for power scaling. The fact that Kishimoto designed the system at least pre timeskip has some meaning though. Especially since post timeskip is still mostly following this logic until the war.
In the end, it seems far more likely that adult Sasuke doesn't have more chakra than Sage of six paths Naruto (including half of Kurama), but rather he has gotten 10 or 100x more efficient at using his (significantly bigger than as a kid) chakra pool. Obito also literally never opened portals to other dimensions before either, so I think its just more about skill and efficiency that can be overcome with wasteful excesses of chakra.
To further your point, something else worth noting is that initially, Naruto was hurting himself while performing RasenShuriken, but ever since mastery that was never an issue.
It is more realistic to say that with higher mastery means that it cost less chakra-up to a reasonable point.
There is a good reason why both Naruto and Boruto series have harped on getting the basic control of chakra down and constantly training it.
There’s also the lack of hand seals needed by Sasuke to perform things like Chidori(and stream) along with some fire style jutsu.

I will disagree with him. Literally it was never stated that Sasuke became as strong as Kaguya. Sasuke just said he will protect world even if he will face kaguya level threats. Which means that he will just give his all, not that he is as strong as Kaguya. I will scale his strength to 25% strength of Kaguya. Cause we can scale adult Naruto to Toneri, Toneri is descendant of Hamura, and Hamura possess 25% strength of Kaguya. 10 tails is 50% strength of initial Kaguya. and Hagoromo maybe 35% due to reason he awakened full 6 paths. So by calculations Madara probably had 60-70% power of initial Kaguya, cause of 6paths, being indra reincarnation and 10 tails. So none of the adult versions of Sasuke and Naruto are beating Madara. Even Baryon mode, cause Madara has limbos and he can literally heal half of his body.

I truly don’t see it as a plot twist. We are suppose to be able to empathize with madara. Imagine, all the hard work it took and the true belief of “for the greater good” was why he did this all. To have that taken away when you basically believe you achieved you’re goal, is probably one of the saddest things in anime.

Literally the only reason why we assume Naruto and sasuke or the otsotsuki’s are stronger than madara is because of the statement that sasuke can deal with a kaguya threat, which have shown to have translation and interpretation issues. Without that there is not one proof that shows that madara would struggle in boruto. As we said madara 3 rinnegans has more than Naruto and sasuke’s powers combined. You are saying Naruto and sasuke are way weaker than this form of madara and they closed this gap because of the experience and the time but why don’t you apply the same logic to madara considering he has, as I said more than both of their powers combined ? And don’t say he already had most of them before because he didn’t. Madara before getting reincarnated had only mastered his EMS but other than that all the other powers he gets he have them for a couple of hours like Naruto and sasuke. Even with your (in my opinion not correct) logic madara should still be at least way stronger than them both in boruto if not even more. In terms of feat you can assume what you want but boruto is either very bad at showing off powers or it is incredibly overrated. Madara’s feats are way bigger and his potential is even bigger. Even the war arc madara that we’ve seen didn’t show half the abilities that he normally had. Let’s say that Naruto and sasuke are stronger at the end when they are fighting against each other at full power are stronger than themselves during the fight against 1 rinnegan madara for example. That just equals the powers that madara didn’t use and was holding back for plot reasons I assume. So the gap would be the same at the end because they were all 3 didn’t used to their new powers. In conclusion, madara is clearly stronger than both Naruto and sasuke (during their fight). Madara naruto and sasuke then learn how to use their new powers and glow up a lot and knowing madara has more than both of them in terms of powers he should logically still be clearly stronger than them both together. Which implies that madara is around ishiki level if not stronger. I’m in the team that thinks kaguya is stronger than any otsutsuki we’ve seen so far and for me madara is stronger than her. Kaguya didn’t use anything apart from her bones. 80% of her powers and fighting still is brut force and chakra in the other hand madara is an experienced warrior who fought since the day he was born. He has way more experience in battle and skills than her which makes him stronger, he have powers that he uses correctly and knows them well. He has abilities she don’t have and he himself have almost all her powers. Madara is in a way a combination of kaguya (rinnesharingan) and hagoromo (juubi jinchuriki and double rinnegans). He is stronger than her which makes him stronger than anyone we’ve seen so far in boruto. I know that it is a take that even 1% of the community will not share but it’s definitely not crazy to say that because there is not 1 proof that contradicts it. Actually if you watch closely it tends to be believable but I guess we will never know for sure

There's a statement that kaguya was scared of the otsutsuki - in this case, referring to kinshiki and momoshiki - which is the reason she started farming people on the god tree.
While it may look like momoshiki is fodder because naruto and sasuke dealt with him with ease, it's generally accepted that their peak wasn't actually at the fight against kaguya, but a bit more after that and before naruto became stuck in a desk job. If you're looking for feats for this, base naruto with some chakra from kurama on his hand deflected an attack that split the moon in half. General gist is boruto naruto is stronger than kaguya fight naruto, despite the lack of explosions and country level attacks in the show.
Remove bindings and limitations from Madara and then we see who is superior.
Tbh kaguya being worried enough to create an army for counter measures makes sense, cause unless you're stupid or arrogant you'd want to be prepared to deal any type of nonsense or threat no matter how great or insignificant. Like imagine if she didn't try making any preparations, everything is fine, peaceful, then BAM alien invasion on sight lmao idc how strong you are you losing that battle and due to lack of awareness or preparation, you dying and your people dying too. @@jazzonation7987 since we’ve seen madara fight only in his weakest form of jinchuriki + the fact that he didn’t even fought at full power the fight lasted 15 seconds then yes I guess we don’t have any choice but to give kaguya the feats but imagine a full power madara at his best… with the second rinnegan, obito said it was literally over for them and they will have no chance when he knew about sasuke, Naruto, kakashi, obito himself, minato the hokages etc etc… that just confirms what madara said about the boost that occurs when you have your second eye, not twice stronger but even more than that. I agree with what you said btw and for me madara was just not used correctly. If the author wanted to make him lose or die and if he was too strong to be defeated then he should have let madara use all his power and capacity when he was reincarnated with double rinnegan. That version of him would have gave us an amazing battle and could have gone all out and lose like a real warrior and not in a dumb way like the author chose to do him because we can say whatever, madara was far from being at full power. We’ve seen him power up like 5-6 times and didn’t show nothing of his strength during all those transformations
I'm not sure I agree with the assessment that pre-nerf Naruto's own personal chakra was only around as much as Kurama's chakra. I would say that Naruto's personal chakra had to be significantly higher than Kurama's chakra. Because if they were even in the same ballpark as eachother, then that would mean that after Baryon mode burned through Kurama, that Naruto would basically be running on empty. It wouldn't matter how much he improved his toad sage mode, he wouldn't be able to make very much senjutsu chakra without having chakra of his own to mix with the nature energy.
The fact that post-nerf Naruto thought that he was even remotely relevant means that Kurama's chakra was only a small portion of what he had access to. My guess would put Naruto at having about 3x as much chakra as Kurama, which would mean that post-nerf Naruto has about half as much chakra as he did before, which feels like a more likely level of nerf.
Naruto was never in danger of dying in Baryon Mode because Kurama lied about how it works.
@@HC-gm4fo Baryon Mode works by clashing the host and the Jinchuriki's chakras against each other. Similar to Nuclear Fusion where Hydrogen atoms clash in very high temperatures to create energy. And we know, if you run completely out of chakra, you die. Thats how Kurama dies. Naruto and Kurama kept clashing their chakras to create insanely high amounts of energy to defeat Isshiki. But since Kurama dies, Naruto must have considerably more chakra than Kurama because he was still good to go after Baryon Mode had ended.

@@HC-gm4fo Not only is it rather strongly implied the mix wasn't a 1:1 ratio, it's made pretty obvious Kurama intentionally dumped more of his own chakra into it to protect Naruto from the consequences of using the technique. Kurama did say he never lied to Naruto, which would mean the baryon mode *could* have killed them both. Kurama simply deigned it not to be, at the cost of his very existence. He would eventually have come back from a normal death, but spending *all* of his chakra like that lead him to a very permanent end.

However Madara's limbo clones used Susanoo to shield him against Sasuke as he was dealing with Tobirama's mouth needle, and again against Sakura Naruto and Sasuke after he got his second eye.

Juubito was 4x large planetary, and Kaguya was able to destroy dimensions containing stars and planets, the Otsutsuki in Boruto are said to be Kaguya level threats, Momoshiki being the second strongest. Base momoshiki absorbed stars and planets and fused momoshiki who fused with someone stronger then Kaguya was fighting with fatigued and half chakra base Naruto for a while.

I doubt that Sasuke has more chakra than Naruto, even after the death of Kurama. During the training for the Rasenshuriken, Kakashi says that Naruto has about 4 times more chakra than he does and about 100 times more when you add Kurama's chakra. Maybe Sasuke has more chakra than Kakashi, but not 4 times more. He's not an Uzumaki.

Fairly good scaling, however, I don't think that Naruto has lost half his Chackra. It is stated that it is destroyed by using Baryon mode but I don't thinkt that that's different to just normally using it. I couldn't find any account of him or someone else saying that he has lost his own Chackra and I think he could just regenerate it as usual after using Baryon mode.
He should also still have some form of healing factor due to his Uzumaki genes.

He also said the Chackra gets destroyed but I don't see why it can't be refilled like usual. The Chackra is still leaving your body when you turn it into a fireball or a dirt wall but that doesn't shrink your total Chackra capacity so why would expending it in a different way to that. I get that the Chackra is gone but that felt more like a "breaking conservation of energy" sort of thing where Chakra can be transformed and used but not destroyed by normal means.

We can't tell if Itachi's Chackra illness destroyed his Chackra or messed it up in any other way since that illness is a really vague plot device to remove an op character. What we have been told in the manga is that Naruto is gonna be weaker now since he doesn't have access to Kurama related abilities any more, nothing else has been said about his Chackra levels. That's the entire point I'm trying to make, it's never clearly stated that he lost any of his own Chackra permanently, therefore I wouldn't assume so unless it is clearly shown or stated.

Also you can't assume Sasuke needs the same amount of Chakra to open a portal as anyone else. It could technically take him a fraction of the Chakra to do it, compared to Naruto, because of his specific powers

I have an idea for a theory video, what if Uchihas MS and EMS abilities have something to do with what trauma they experienced to awaken them, example is Obitos kamui. He got it when he saw Kakashi impale Rin. So he awakens kamui so that nothing could ever impale or harm him. And possibly the other Uchihas MS's could follow the same type of theme
Sometimes I think introducing Madara was the worst move for the overall manga , although it entertained us for a time being. We had a lot of flashy fights for numerous chapters but the plot went down the drain . Humans pulling out asteroids is ridiculous, besides ,he had to be the person to awaken Rinnegan and put it in Nagato , he had to be the perpetrator of Rin's murder ; he could perform doujutsu without eyes , He had to take Kakashi's eyes to perform Obito's kamui and he was written so ridiculously strong that Kishi had to pull up with a bs Zetsu crap .. it's like no villain did a single thing out of their free will, hence they weren't even villains . Yes , watching him go feral was incredibly satisfying, I almost cried when he died by the side of Hashirama; but he was the biggest disservice to the entire lore , apart from Kaguya , of course.

I determine a good villain/character on how they affect the story and how much bullshit they pull. We go from a story about a kid who's just fighting enemies at somewhat his level to all of a sudden a man who somehow made everything happen coming back to life and doing the biggest ass-pulls you've ever seen. Madara destroyed so much of the plot of Naruto that it genuinely can't make me like the guy. He basically said Nuh-Uh to everything and everyone, and could use any ninjutsu even if it's something that wasn't even his to begin with, like a Sharingan ability that's not even his, man has his stomach cut open from a massive lava style Rasenshuriken and didn't die, yet a hand from a weaker enemy is enough to kill him and turn him into a godlike woman that we've never heard of until that moment. In my opinion, Madara is a trash character and villain and no one can convince me otherwise. If you disagree, I respect your opinion and I'm sorry for the rant, but I had to get this out.

Vader from Star wars is considered an enforcer and not an actual villain since Palpatine is the real villain. Madara is like Vader, his name itself sends fear down people's throats and showing up on the scene... people were afraid to even fully attack. In response to great fear, some animals will rather fight than flight. Zetsu is the actual bad guy in Naruto because nobody knew of his existence and he didn't want no problems with his older brother the sixth sage.

Tho I don’t think base Madara would be INSANELY powerful in the Boruto series, however I do think that Juubi Madara, is still quite possibly the most powerful villain in Naruto/Boruto to date, because it has even been stated in the most recent chapters of Boruto that the 10 Tails was too powerful for even someone like Code or Isshiki to control, howeve, somehow, with Madara at the peak of his power he did it. So I think if Madara were to come back to Naruto, find the second Ten Tails and become Juubi Madara once again, I don’t think there’s hardly anyone in the entire series that could stand a chance against him.

If I had to powerscale madara in boruto, I would he’s slightly stronger than fused momoshiki because of hax and taijutsu and limbo clones, regeneration etc but he’s weaker than jigen who beat full power adult Naruto and sasuke together and sealed Naruto. And as may know there are plenty of characters way stronger. Baryon Mode Naruto, Kaguya, Isshiki, two blue vortex Boruto and Kawaki, Code No limiters, Hagoromo, Hamura, Shibai and Daemon and Jigen. I actually kinda doubt that Madara is weaker than Blue Vortex Boruto or Kawaki cause Boruto still fears the power of the Ten Tails and says such an entity is stronger than him while Madara is strong enough to harness its power single-handedly while someone like Code who is EASILY far weaker than Madara, has hard time trying to control the the Juubi with only a fraction of its power. Baryon Mode Naruto is debatable for sure, and Kaguya I hv my doubts for being capable of being more powerful than Madara, tho there is some evidence to suggest that she could. Cause even tho I think Daemon is an absolutely RIDICULOUS character whose entire existence goes against many of Naruto’s narrative themes and concepts, I can’t rlly think of ANY WAY for Madara to defeat Daemon, cause Daemon could quite LITERALLY counter anything Madara could throw at him, and even narratively, Daemon is shone to hv little to no feat of the Ten Tails. So yeah I will agree that he could defeat Madara or at the very least Madara couldn’t defeat Daemon. And yeah OBVIOUSLY Shibai would absolutely STOMP Madara. And sure Madara isn’t the strongest character in the verse anymore, he most certainly isn’t or wouldn’t be “fodder” even IF he showed up in Boruto. If he does return I feel like Madara could take codes 10 tails which is weak but considering the amount of plot holes in the war arc he'd probably do smth to get the 10 tails to full power making him stronger than he was in the war. Since the 10 tails in the war wasn't a full 10 tails if Kishimoto wanted him to be stronger, and now that Madara has a full 10 tails he might get a 9 tome rinnesharingan which might get him to Kaguya level or stronger than Kaguya since Kaguya had a 9 tome. There would probably be something that happens in the story to make him the strongest villain. Maybe he would get the karma of an Otsutsuki making him a lot stronger again and maybe from him using it in the first battle he has with it, it would speed up the otsutsukification and by the next battle they have he'd be full Otsutsuki. And that would make him stronger than he was before he became an Otsutsuki. So an Madara as an Otsutsuki with a karma, 10 tails, dual rinnegan, and a 9 tome rinnesharingan would definitely be at least high rank Otsutsuki level and would probably be planetary since I think the high rank Otsutsuki are planetary but I'm not 100% sure if thats how strong they are but I do remember seeing that somewhere.

They kinda fixed the plot in boruto when they gave naruto a different arm because in naruto they hinted at it being hashirama cell arm. This should have given them both power ups. This could have awakened his other eye as well.
To awaken his other eye, it NEEDS to be Asura's chakra (the CURRENT incarnation). So how would a dead past incarnate who no longer is an incarnate of Asura do that??

Naruto as a child could maintain a seal suppressing kurama with 98% of his chakra, and he survived in Baryon rather then Kurama, he definitely has more chakra.

There is one factor we leave out here. Madara was mainly invincible because of the reversed reanimation juitsu. Take away his inability to die and I think a lot more people beat him.
Madara also seemingly dicked around while he was an edo.

If kaguya wouldn't be introduced we would have never know how white zetsu were formed and origin of chakra on earth

@@migzwilliams2049 that's why it's the best because all was done in shadows and we didn't even made theories about this happening, there was no hints about kaguya being in the show and this tells great story telling and atlast the entire story fully made sense

I think that Madera can hang with the otosutski due to the fact that his full knowledge of ninJitsu gives him a stronger outlook on keeping up with these “gods” even though the oats are just 10 tails that became self-aware(evidence by 2BV chap 4/also when Amado describes the otosutski during the ishiki koji fight) .. all of the oats Suzie had an issue with just Sasuke’s 1 rinni sharingan .. Madera had 2 rinnigan and his 3rd one… Madera literally took on 8gates (which everyone including Madera agreed that that was his weakness ….. dude literally revived from nothing….. he was never once taken down.. he didn’t even run out of chakra… if he had the same amount of time as all these other gods….. I’m sure Madera would accomplish anything…. Not to fail to mention if Sasuke is one eye was giving them issues with switching places and jumping between dimensions………. The 3rd eye Kaguya was using could literally shift between dimensions, taking everyone with you… Imagine that kind of power under Madera….. he would be dangerous with all the knowledge he has, and would continue to have … Not to fail to mention that none of the other gods could see maderas limbo clones… since ishiki is so limited to what he can do .. he can’t hang with Madera and his healing either…

As much as I hate it, it makes sense that Madara wouldn't be too much of a threat in Boruto as this is a Shonen, stakes keep rising and so too will the power of the good guys to face it. Madara if he was brought back with all that power, and deciding his final talk with Hashirama was filler, would be a mini boss or an underlying to a much stronger Ōtsutsuki.
