@@Nawaf7fen yes the V1 speed I am aware, but at this particular airport rotation usually occurs further down the runway, thus 757 was probably lightly loads as only full TOGA power setting is permitted here.
just a correction, at 8:50 am you do not take off with TO/GA since the temperature is not high yet, you take off with FLEX which is a step earlier and that is for the protection of the compressor, the reduction in Acceleration is due to that Protection which I mentioned earlier and is the transition from the FLEX position to CLIMB, so that you maintain the rate of ascent and speed marked in the PREF of the CMDU of the Airbus up to the CRZ

I was under the impression regardless of National Carrier, cabin Announcements, can be spoke in national carrier language, but also by Aviation law should also be spoken in English afterwards, didn't hear any English Translations, is that normal?

I'm not sure if loaded A321 on that short runway would take off with Flex. Not sure at all

Of course it was TO/GA, you can judge by how fast the plane accelerated to around 150kt (average VR for a321) and by the sound of the engines.

You can just tell by the sound and also, it’s at skiathos! :)
Its a guess. But with such a short runway and that sound its likely that they used toga or a very low flex temperature ;)
