It really depends. The 570 has more power, way better suspension, Polaris has the absolute best 4wd system on the market.
The 660 is the older version of the grizzly. It had known axle issues the locker button is known to fail. Has 30ish hp on a 660cc vs 51 on the 570.
If it was the 700 grizzly I'd pick that over the 570 but the 660 has a few things I don't like. Almost zero aftermarket support the electrical fails and is very expensive to repair.

@@buildurtruckurway9118 The 570 does have more horsepower but there is not a 20 horsepower difference like you are claiming lol.. the Grizzly 660’s have 39-41 horsepower while the Sport’s Man 570 has 44 horsepower. The 570 is actually heavier than the 660 and the 660 actually is a bit faster as demonstrated by the drag race in the video. I’ve driven a variety of different Yamaha’s and Polaris and like them both but prefer Yamaha a bit more overall but I will say the Polaris tend to drive a bit better when it comes to handling and smoothness. As far as reliability you obviously can have issues with both and anything for that matter but I tend to hear about more issues with Polaris than Yamaha.

@@AMF96 your right I definitely had the wrong hp for the 660.
I had the 600 grizzly numbers in my head.
      The polaris 570 has 44hp the 660 has 40.9
      That's still ridiculous for a 100cc difference.
The 570 has also been tested by numerous channels on the dyno and it averages 39hp at the tires so I'm sure it has more then 44 crank hp.
And I'll give you a surprise.
      The Grizz 660 doesn't weigh 600lbs.
Its actually 750lbs. There's tons of guys that have weighed them if you don't believe me. There's even a huge discussion on grizzly riders forum and they all talk about the machine being 700+lbs and how they were shocked Yamaha claimed they were 600. If that's the case they only weigh as much as a Kawasaki Bayou.
The polaris 570 weighs in at 700lbs with a full tank of gas according to Polaris and the guys on the polaris forum. But I'd put it closer to 750 aswell.
