    What's going on, sunny here early morning. Again, I just came back from my walk. It's a rainy day outside and I just wanted to shoot this quick video because I feel like I always get my best idea that during my morning walks, that's why I do them. But you know, I want to talk today about how to let go of negative emotions
    and I was thinking about this while on my walk, um, because I'll today I was feeling so good right this morning I woke up in a really silent state, um, had an amazing meditation, you know, went through my morning routine, feeling amazing. And while on my walk it's like kind of chilly weather right now it's getting, it's becoming fall. So I love this weather, you know, it's, even though it's like kinda cloudy, rainy outside, um, I was a join and I was feeling really good and I was thinking about how, you know, when positive emotions come to us, we're so accepting, accepting of them, you know, we have no resistance towards positive emotions. [inaudible] excuse me. And we completely allow them.
    We completely experienced them. We actually even like enjoy them, right? And um, sometimes we even lose ourselves in them. And the positive emotions go. And the nature of life is that there's going to be positive and negative. And now when the positive emotions go, and maybe now let's say the next day, you don't feel so good for whatever reason, right there you're experiencing some negative emotions. Now you have this resistance where you're like, I shouldn't be feeling this way.
    This is bad. And you reject the negative emotion. You don't accept it. You don't allow it. You don't allow yourself to experience it. Not only do you resist the negative emotion, but you on top of that, you resist the fact that you are experiencing a negative emotion.
    So there's like resistance on top of the resistance where you're like, I shouldn't be feeling this way. And then you spend your whole day clinging onto your resistance to the negative emotion. And so the negative emotion that was actually trying to pass through you now stays to you. It clings onto your energy. Or actually, let me rephrase that. You cling onto its energy. So when we talk about how to let go of negative emotions, it's kind of a silly question because emotions are not trying to cling on to you. Emotions are coming and going. That's the dance of life.
    That's the nature of this existence. You will experience a positive and negative within the physical, but why is it that the positive emotions come and go so quickly and easily? However the negative emotions tend to stay and even like you begin to identify with the negative emotions over time. Why is that? It's because what you do not accept and allow fully and what you resist, you build a negative charge too. You build a an attraction too. So again, you know in this physical existence how whatever you focus on is what you will give more life to is what you will is an area of your life which you will grow.
    And so even if you're focused on the thing negatively, in this case, when you're focused on a negative emotion in a negative way, you're building a charge to it because you're giving it your attention, your energy in a negative manner. But still you are giving it that and it gives it that resistance charge, which is what I call negatively charged energy and it still creates that attraction to it. It keeps your attention going towards it and on top of that, every single time your attention goes towards that, you're like, ah, you know the person, the ego wants to run away from the negative emotions and wants to cling onto the positive emotions...

    having negative thoughts and emotions is normal, we are emotional beings! embrace them and accept how you feel, observe your thoughts without judgement, and start substituting them with a positive self-talk, as if you were talking to a friend 💕 I find this the easiest way to deal with negative thoughts, understanding where they are coming and why.

    That is what I have been doing wrong! I've read letting go but totally misunderstood the do not resist part. When I tried to feel the emotion to make it go away, it didn't go away. The moment I said I am willing to experience this emotion, its density become less.

    The only way to “release” is to actually accept the state you are in, all emotions are valid, the reasons could use some adjustments so that you don’t drain yourself feeling sad/angry/frustrated all the time. Letting out anger, tears is actually good from time to time but we should also tune into the scope of damage we might be causing because of our maniac episodes.
    Self reflection is key, mindfulness , pausing and just breathing is important

    Omg dude yesterday this was me all day. I felt negative and kept saying I cant feel like this and I’d start to feel better but I kept pulling the negative feelings back to me. Ugh!     What a fantastic profound explanation! To OBSERVE the emotion not to resist it.. When I find myself having negative feelings it seems like dark clouds over me all day long and then the only way to feel better is to go to bed go to sleep with intentionsa feeling better than next day. I would love to speed up the process from feeling those negative emotions to feeling natural as you put it.

      Cry and let it out. But don’t focus on the story of what’s making you cry, instead tune into the emotion. If you suppress it by forcing yourself to not feel it, it stays in your energy which leads to all the negative manifestations

      Absolutely yes! I find it as a great way to feel a relief, like a cleansing of my mind - healthy actually. Just know that you will get back on track after it soon and you're good:) After allowing myself cry and not forcing myself to feel good all the time, I found out I get back on track to my positivity MUCH quicker. Assume you can feel ANYTHING, any emotion, and you still get your manifestation - nothing can stop you and you just can't mess up - my suggestion:) x

    After watching so many self improvement videos I typically do not learn much. However, this video thought me something new. I do not agree that the way you said is the only way to reduce pain from emotions. There are several methods therapists use that work as well (CBT for example).Great video nonetheless.

    Ya know what... been listening to a lot of Abraham Hicks lately and actually love her, but sometimes it makes me feel like i need to replace that negative thought with a positive one immediatly, and puts pressure on you then because you feel as if you are pushing your true manifestation away because you feel negative emotion, so this video is a HUUUGE relief for me to be able to just feel them as if i feel the opposite emotions, any one else resonate with this?

    Something like...'this negative emotion that i am currently experiencing is not part of me, but i have to feel it fully before it will leave my body'? Or do you have any other suggestions?

    We have no resistance towards positive emotions. We completely allow them and experience them and loose ourselves in them
    But you don't reject the negative emotions. So negative emotion which was going to pass through you, it clings on to your energy or you cling to its energy. Emotions are not clinging to you. They come and go.if you resist something. You build negative charge and attraction to it.you are giving energy but in a negative way. Your ego wants to run away from it. What you do not fully accept and allow yourself to experience you will build a charge to you will cling on to it bcz your attention is constantly going towards it and you begin to identify with it. Whtever you place in front of your attention constantly you begin to identify with it. You start to think its you. If a person constantly gets angry or feel sad. Over the time they ll begin to think oh I am am angry or sad person. negative emotions are just trying to pass through you that's the nature of this existence. You will feel positive and negative

    Not be that person, be detached - would that be what Hawkins says is the smaller self? So identify that it's the smaller self that is experiencing this negative emotion, and observe and examine it? As the quest is to become the Greater Self?

I wonder if and how this fits with Abraham Hick's teachings, according to which we must not oppose the negative emotion ( this does fit) , but should deliberately try and reach for better feeling thoughts, by going general... Does not @allowing the feeling and breathing into it@ bring on additional memories and associations of the same vibration we are now experiencing ? - or does this clearing of a space for experience of the emotion exactly the thing that makes associations (backdoor) unnecessary? just wondering... how do you settle this tension between truely inspirational teachers.. thank you :))

    I could only one time let a big part go but not every sensation from the day (it was like 80%) and since this day im trying it again and again and im feeling the sensations but it disappears so easily again and then it comes back and then i always get distracted from my own thoughts. Even when i get this far and it comes up and im feeling it very strongly and im just observing it it goes from 100 to 0 real quick and i feel nothing again then it comes goes to 80 again and then it leaves very quickly and im still focused and relaxing and observing the sensations. Im laying down for 2 hours or even more und end up not even letting go properly. What can i do to stop this and get better at letting the feeling stay and to stop my thoughts distracting me

    I feel this was said in the most important way to a being as one self. I will practice going back to my higher self by being the silent observer and getting out the brain of the person. Ughh I have a bad habit of that and once I sense it I attach myself towards it rather than being a neutral person and letting it flow past me. Thank you so much for this video ❤ well explained👏👍🏽
